Ich biete meine sanierte 2-Zimmerwohnung im Wedding mit großer Terrasse und moderner Küche an. Bei der Anzeige handelt es sich um das größere von beiden, welches ca 18 qm umfasst (geschätzt). Dein Zimmer wäre Nr. 1 auf dem Grundriss. In der Küche habe ich eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und die standardmäßige Küchengeräte. Ich arbeite gerade außerhalb Berlins und würde solange mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Die Nebenkosten beinhalten die Heizkosten sowie Betriebskosten vom Vermieter, hinzu kommen Kosten für Greenpeace-Ökostrom und Internet mit 50 mbit, was unter sonstige Kosten aufgeführt wird.
Ich habe alles neue Möbel gekauft: Bett, Schrank und Kommode. Wenn gewünscht kann ich auch eine Matratze für das Bett anbieten. Möbliert wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.

I am offering a room in my renovated 2-room apartment in Wedding with a large terrace and modern kitchen. The ad is for the larger of the two, which is about 18 square meters (estimated). Your room would be no. 1 on the floor plan. In the kitchen, I have a washing machine, dishwasher, and the standard kitchen appliances. I am currently working outside Berlin and will sublet my room until then.
The additional costs include the heating and operating costs from the landlord, plus costs for Greenpeace eco-electricity and Internet with 50 mbit, which is listed under other costs.
I bought all new furniture: A bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. If desired, I can also offer a mattress for the bed. Furnished as shown in the pictures.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. U8 und U9 sind direkt um die Ecke. Da sie sich im Hinterhaus befindet, ist die Umgebung relativ ruhig. Es gibt eine breite Auswahl an Supermärkten um die Ecke (Penny, Lidl, Rewe, Kaufland). Die Panke mit ihren kleinen Parks fließt hinter dem Haus.

The apartment is centrally located. U8 and U9 are just around the corner. As it is located in the back building, it's relatively quiet. There is a wide selection of supermarkets around the corner (Penny, Lidl, Rewe, Kaufland). The Panke river with its small parks flows behind the building.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist Studi und auch politisch sehr aktiv. Sie ist freundlich und sehr rücksichtsvoll.
