Hey there! Our flat's in Wedding, right new the really cozy Sprengelkietz. It's super easy to get around Berlin from here - you've got the U6, U9, buses, a tram, and the Ringbahn all nearby. You can hit up most places in Berlin in like 30 minutes.
About the Flat:
The flat's 65 sqm, with a cool old Berlin building vibe and high ceilings. Your room is 25 sqm with а balcony to hang out on, and it's really sunny during the day.
Just a heads up, you can't register here.
WG Life:
You'll be sharing the flat with another girl in her mid-twenties, who's usually busy with work and uni. We're all about keeping things calm and respectful here – definitely not a party house.
Surroundings:
It's a great spot to really get the feel of Berlin. Within the neighbourhood you have plenty of possibilities for cafes, restaurants, fast food and a couple of cool bars. Personal recommendation is to visit the beautiful Sprengelkiez and have a walk in nature in Rehberge which is 10 min away by bike.
Furniture & Amenities:
You just need your suitcase and you're set. The room's got furniture, and the kitchen's got everything you need to cook. I have got the bathroom stuff sorted too.
Renting:
I am pretty flexible with the dates to move in and out.

Hey! Unsere Wohnung ist in Wedding, direkt am Leopoldplatz. Super praktisch, um in Berlin rumzukommen – U6, U9, Busse, eine Straßenbahn und die Ringbahn sind alle in der Nähe. In max. 30 Minuten bist du überall in der Stadt.
Über die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist 65 qm groß, im coolen Berliner Altbau-Stil mit hohen Decken. Dein Zimmet ist 25 qm mit einem Balkon zum Abhängen, und es ist tagsüber richtig sonnig.
Kleiner Hinweis: Anmelden geht hier nicht.
WG-Leben:
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit einem anderen Mädel Anfang bis Mitte 20 teilen, die meistens mit Arbeit und Studium beschäftigt ist. Wir legen Wert auf eine ruhige, respektvolle Atmosphäre – keine Party-WG.
Umgebung:
Das ist ein super Ort, um das echte Berlin zu erleben. In der Gegend hast du viele Möglichkeiten für Cafés, Restaurants, Fast Food und ein paar coole Bars. Mein persönlicher Tipp: Besuch mal den schönen Sprengelkiez und mach einen Spaziergang in der Natur im Rehberge, nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Möbel & Ausstattung:
Du brauchst nur deinen Koffer. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und die Küche hat alles, was du zum Kochen brauchst. Auch im Bad ist alles da.
Vermietung:
Ich bin ziemlich flexibel mit den Zeiten für Ein und Auszug.
