Dies ist das größte Schlafzimmer im Haus und es ist sehr hell, schön und geräumig (24sqm!) Es gibt einen Balkon zur Straße hin, aber keine Sorge, es ist wirklich nicht laut, da die Fenster den Straßenlärm abschirmen. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (140x200), Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Stühlen und Lampen eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht, ist schon da!
Die WG befindet sich im ersten Stock einer sehr schönen Wohnung am Franz-Neumann-Platz. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Bad mit Dusche und WC und ein zusätzliches halbes Badezimmer.

This is the biggest bedroom in the house (24sqm) and it's very bright, beautiful, and spacious! There is a balcony facing the street, but no worries about any street noise as the windows block out the sound pretty well. The room is fully furnished with everything you would need. There's a double bed with mattress (140x200), closet, desk, chairs, and lamps.
The WG is on the first floor of a really nice apartment right in Franz-Neumann Platz. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, and dishes. There are 1.5 bathrooms, the big one with a shower, toilet, and washing machine, and the second bathroom is just a toilet.
Direkt vor der Wohnung geht man über die Straße und findet die U8-Station Franz-Neumann-Platz und nur 10 Fußminuten entfernt die U9-Station Osloer Straße. In der Nähe befinden sich auch Bushaltestellen, die zum Leopoldplatz fahren.
Es gibt viele Supermärkte in der Umgebung, in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß kann man Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Netto erreichen, und ein wenig weiter Rewe und Kaufland. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und es gibt viele Shops und Cafés in der Umgebung und direkt neben der Wohnung ist Schäfersee, wo du einen schönen Spaziergang machen kannst.

Right outside of the apartment you cross the street and there is the U8 station Franz-Neumann-Platz and only 10 minutes walk away is U9 Osloer Strasse. Also nearby are bus stations that go to Leopoldplatz. There are many supermarkets in the area, in 5-10 minute walk you can reach Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Netto and a little farther away Rewe and Kaufland.
The area is very nice and there are many shops and cafes in the area and right by the apartment is Schäfersee where you can take a nice walk.
Du würdest mit 3 anderen Personen zusammenleben, Sophie, Rebekka und Elçin, die alle studieren oder arbeiten. Das WG-Leben ist sehr ruhig und die Mädels sind meistens mit ihrem Studium oder ihrer Arbeit beschäftigt, aber sie unterhalten sich gerne ab und zu in der Küche.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und wir haben einen Putzplan, der abwechselnd von einer Putzfrau alle zwei Wochen geputzt wird und in der Woche, in der sie nicht kommt, teilen wir uns die Putzaufgaben auf.

You would be living with 3 other people, Sophie, Rebekka and Elçin, who are all studying or working. The flat share life is very quiet and relaxed and the girls are mostly busy with their studies or work, but they like to have a chat in the kitchen from time to time.
The apartment is very clean and tidy and we have a cleaning schedule, with a cleaning lady coming every two weeks to clean the common areas and then splitting the cleaning chores during the week when she doesn't come.
Die Wohnung wird von einer Firma Covivio vermietet und daher sind alle Möbel und Geräte bereits enthalten. Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 800 € pro Monat und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, WLAN und die Kosten für die Putzfrau. Und Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich!

The apartment is rented out by a company called Covivio and so all the furniture and appliances are already included. The rent for the room is €800 a month and includes all utilities costs, WLAN, and the cost of the cleaning lady. Anmeldung is of course possible!
