1 Zimmer, 1 Fenster, 1 Heizung, die es sehr schnell aufwärmt. Bis auf eine kleine Ecke ist es quadratisch, wodurch es sich gut einrichten lässt. Die Sonne kommt am späten Nachmittag und am Abend vorbei. Das Zimmer ist NICHT möbeliert!
Ich arbeite als IT consultant, war früher viel auf reisen, mach Musik und geh gerne mit meinen Freunden was trinken, mach Sport. Bin entspannto.
Weißt mir einfach vernünftig nach, dass ihr eure Miete bisher immer gezahlt habt oder zahlen könnt. Dann bekommen wir das hin.

Mein Mitbewohner zieht aus und ich bleibe noch in der Wohnung, bis ich ab frühestens Anfang Mai etwas anderes gefunden habe, brauche einen Tapetenwechsel. Ich arbeite Vollzeit und mache nur gelegentlich Mal home office. D.h. Von 9 bis 17Uhr ist die Wohnung meist leer. Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht.

My roommate is moving out, and I will remain in the apartment until I find something else, at the earliest starting in early May. I need a change of scenery. I work full-time and only occasionally work from home. This means that the apartment is usually empty from 9 am to 5 pm. Pets are not welcome.
Besichtigung in der Woche immer ab 18Uhr. Am Wochenende geht es auch tagsüber.
