Hi,
Since I found a new apartment, I need to find someone to takeover my room from 3rd of December. Contract will be for 2 month in the beginning, and if you get along well with the flatmate, you can stay long and do anmeldung. We can discuss the details in the viewing.
Room is 14 square meter, close to schillerpark and volkspark where you can go running and chill there. It is 5 minutes walk to Rehberge Ubahn station. It is also Kaufland in 2 minutes.
Rent is 680 Euros all included. I can sell you the furniture, 100 Euros all furniture including wardrobe, bed, desk and chair. We can discuss furniture details. Only requirement for the furniture is, when you leave you have to take furniture away with you.
Person should be employed, preferably not home office all the time. Cleaning is also important, every week one of us were cleaning the house, so it is important to adhere cleaning schedule.

Da ich eine neue Wohnung gefunden habe, muss ich jemanden finden, der mein Zimmer ab dem 3. Dezember übernimmt. Vertrag wird für 2 Monate am Anfang sein, und wenn Sie mit dem Mitbewohner gut auskommen, können Sie länger bleiben und anmeldung machen.
Das Zimmer ist 14 Quadratmeter groß, in der Nähe von schillerpark und volkspark, wo man laufen gehen und chillen kann. Bis zur Ubahnstation Rehberge sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist auch Kaufland in 2 Minuten.
Die Miete beträgt 680 Euro inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Ich kann Ihnen die Möbel verkaufen, 100 Euro alle Möbel einschließlich Kleiderschrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Wir können die Details der Möbel besprechen. Einzige Bedingung für die Möbel ist, dass Sie bei Auszug die Möbel mitnehmen müssen.
Die Person sollte berufstätig sein, möglichst nicht die ganze Zeit im Homeoffice. Reinigung ist auch wichtig, jede Woche einer von uns waren die Reinigung des Hauses, so ist es wichtig, Reinigung Zeitplan einzuhalten.

We respect each others space, talk directly when it is needed. Sometimes we chat in the kitchen. Your flatmate will be a person who is interested in music, make his own music and enjoys life with music. Of course, he is respectful and not loud.

It is a good location and WG life is good. I am leaving because I find another offer which is close to my workplace.
