Hallo! Wir suchen eine_n Untermieter_in für ein Zimmer in unserer schönen, geräumigen Wohnung im Wedding. Das Zimmer hat 22 qm, einen Balkon und kostet 590 Euro. Das Bett ist ein Stapelbett, es kann entweder als Einzel- oder als Doppelbett benutzt werden (siehe Bilder).
Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum ist ein bisschen flexibel.
Hi, we are looking for a subtenant for a room in our beautiful, spacious apartment in Wedding. The room is 22 sqm, has a balcony, and costs 590 euros. The bed can be used either as a single or double bed (see pictures).
The date for moving in and out is a bit flexible.
Die Lage ist zentral im Wedding, in 5 Minuten ist man bei der U6, mit der in kurzer Zeit Berlin-Mitte und Kreuzberg zu erreichen sind. Der Leopoldplatz sowie der Schillerpark sind ebenfalls in Laufnähe. Supermärkte gibt es mehrere um die Ecke und mit der Straßenbahn ist der Volkspark Rehberge und der Plötzensee schnell erreichbar.
The location is central in Wedding; it takes 5 minutes to get to the U6, which quickly reaches Berlin-Mitte and Kreuzberg. The Leopoldplatz and Schillerpark are also within walking distance. There are several supermarkets around the corner, and the Volkspark Rehberge and Plötzensee can be easily reached by tram.
Zu uns: Wir sind und Lina (34) und Jonas (37). Jonas ist Musiker und Coach und Lina ist Somatic Coach und Künstlerin. Wir sind beide eher ruhige Menschen, aber auch gesellig. Kochen gerne, spazieren gerne, machen gerne Musik, meditieren, machen Yoga, tanzen, Kunst, Videoabende. Wir sind entspannt und ziemlich offen dafür wer mit uns wohnt so lange wir uns zusammen wohl fühlen.
About us: We are and Lina (34) and Jonas (37). Jonas is a musician and life coach and Lina is a somatic coach and artist. We are both quiet people, but also sociable. Like to cook, go for a walk, make music, meditate, do yoga, dance, art, or meet for video evenings. We are relaxed and pretty open to whoever lives with us as long as we feel comfortable all together.
