Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich möchte mein (noch) Wohnzimmer im Jahr 2024 für einige Monate untervermieten. Da ich die meiste Zeit bei meiner Freundin verbringe, wäre es schade, den Raum ungenutzt zu lassen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Wedding, Soldiner Kiez.
Das Zimmer war bereits zwei Mal für je zwei Monate vermietet und das hat gut geklappt. Eigentlich ist es mein Wohnzimmer, es lässt sich aber sehr gut als WG-Zimmer umfunktionieren. Es gibt ein sehr großes Sofa mit 90*200 cm Matratze (noch nicht auf dem Foto), worauf man gut schlafen kann, einen großen Tisch und einen Kleiderschrank. Außerdem haben wir eine Geschirrspül- und eine Waschmaschine.
Mein Hund Piffel könnte ab und an zu Besuch sein, falls das für euch in Ordnung ist. Es könnte nur passieren, dass er Mal aus Gewohnheit in das Zimmer läuft... Ich arbeite in einem Job, der mit Energieregulierung zu tun hat, und studiere Psychologie. Meine Mitbewohnerin Phuong (27) ist PhD-Studentin, sehr nett und spricht Englisch. Ich, meine Freundin Luisa und Piffel werden wahrscheinlich meistens nur 1-3 Tage pro Woche da sein.
Mit dem Zeitraum bin ich flexibel, am besten wäre es für 2-3 Monate zwischen April und August. Die Miete beträgt 110 € pro Woche.

Hello everyone,
I'm looking to sublet my living room for a few months in 2024. Since I spend most of my time at my girlfriend's place, it would be a shame to leave the space unused. The apartment is located in Wedding, Soldiner Kiez.
The room has already been rented out twice, each time for two months, and it worked out well. It's actually my living room, but it can easily be converted into a shared room. There's a very large sofa with a 90*200 cm mattress (not shown in the photo) that's comfortable to sleep on, a large table, and a wardrobe. In addition, we have a dishwasher and a washing machine.
My dog Piffel might visit from time to time, if that's okay with you. It might just happen that he runs into the room out of habit... I work in a job related to energy regulation and am studying psychology. My roommate Phuong (27) is a PhD student, very nice, and speaks English. My girlfriend Luisa, Piffel, and I will probably only be there for 1-3 days a week most of the time.
I'm flexible with the time frame, but ideally, it would be for 2-3 months between April and August. The rent is 110 € per week.
