The WG is directly at the Leopoldplatz. Being in Wedding, this locality is rich in diversity. You'd find enormous supermarkets for Oriental and Asian groceries. There's a vast selection of restaurants, hip bars, and several general grocery supermarkets.
If you need greenery, the Schillerpark and Volkspark Rehberge are easy to walk towards.

Die WG liegt direkt am Leopoldplatz. Da dieser Ort im Wedding liegt, ist er reich an Vielfalt. Es gibt riesige Supermärkte für orientalische und asiatische Lebensmittel. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, angesagten Bars und mehreren Supermärkten.
Wenn Sie Grün brauchen, können Sie den Schillerpark und den Volkspark Rehberge bequem zu Fuß erreichen.
You will be sharing the apartment with Kevin. He's friendly and enjoys playing board games, football, and table tennis.
He's learning French and would be happy to share the apartment with someone who is a native French speaker. Perhaps it can also be a French-German tandem. This, however, is not a strict requirement.
We have a simple cleaning plan with shared responsibilities, which you're requested to stick to. You can share groceries, but if you prefer having your separate food preparations, that would indeed be acceptable.
The flat includes a large living room perfect for a chill time watching television, playing video games, or reading. I also have a work desk that you can use for work from home.
Our neighbors have been pretty nice. After 10 pm, it's usually quiet. Playing loud music or partying late in the evening would not fit well.

Er lernt Französisch und würde die Wohnung gerne mit jemandem teilen, der Französisch als Muttersprache hat. Vielleicht kann es auch ein französisch-deutsches Tandem werden. Dies ist jedoch keine zwingende Anforderung.
Wir haben einen einfachen Reinigungsplan mit geteilten Verantwortlichkeiten, an den Sie sich halten müssen. Du kannst dein Lebensmittel mit Kevin teilen, aber wenn du es getrennt haben möchtest, wäre das natürlich auch ok.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer, in dem du entspannt fernsehen, Videospiele spielen oder lesen kannst. Ich habe auch einen Schreibtisch, den du für die Home Office aus nutzen kannst.
Unsere Nachbarn sind ziemlich nett. Nach 22 Uhr ist es normalerweise ruhig. Laute Musik zu spielen oder spät abends zu feiern, würde nicht gut passen.
