Zur Verfügung steht ein 30qm großes Zimmer in der Nähe von U8 (Pankstraße 4min) und Ringbahn (Gesundbrunnen 10min). Das Zimmer ist den kompletten März, jedoch bei Bedarf auch die ersten Tage im April noch verfügbar und kostet 320Euro im Monat.
Geheizt wird über einen Kachelofen mit Kohle, welche aus dem Keller geholt werden muss alle paar Tage.
Die WG besteht zurzeit aus einer männlichen (30) und einer weiblichen Person (26), jedoch zurzeit der Vermietung aus zwei weiblichen Mitbewohnerinnen.
Das Zimmer ist möbeliert und Bettwäsche, Handtücher unco können benutzt werden.
Instrumente sind auch in der Wohnung vorhanden bei Bedarf.
Geraucht werden kann am Küchenfenster und bezüglich Ordnung und miteinanderleben ist die übliche Rücksichtsnahme erwünscht.
Das Leben in unserer Wg ist rücksichts und liebevoll und wir verbringen viel Zeit miteinander, jedoch ist bei einer Zwischenmiete natürlich nur die Rücksicht Bedingung.
Rassismus und Sexismus in jeglicher Form wird nicht akzeptiert.

There is a 30sqm room available near the U8 (Pankstraße 4min) and Ringbahn (Gesundbrunnen 10min). The room is still available for the whole of March, but also for the first days of April and costs 320 euros per month. Heating is provided by a tiled stove with coal, which has to be fetched from the cellar every few days. The shared flat currently consists of one male (30) and one female (26), but in march the rental consists of two female flatmates. The room is furnished and sheets, towels and other stuff can be used. Instruments are also available in the apartment if needed. You can smoke at the kitchen window and in terms of order and living together, the usual consideration is desired. Life in our shared flat is considerate and loving and we spend a lot of time together, but of course only consideration is a condition for an interim rent. Racism and sexism in any form will not be accepted.
