El apartamento está en Wedding, entre la Ubahn Seestraße (U6) y el parque Rehberge (es increíble en verano para ir en 5’ con la bicicleta).
U9 Amrumer Str. - 10‘ distancia a pie
Parada de tranvía para M13 y M50 delante.
el lago Plötzensee está en una distancia a pie de 15' (otra cosa agradable para hacer en verano)
Zona tranquila con algunos lugares agradables para comer no muy lejos
supermercados:
Penny, Dm: 8 minutos caminando (4’ tranvía)
Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi: 10 minutos caminando (6‘ con tranvía)
The apartment is in Wedding, between the Ubahn Seestraße (U6) and the Rehberge park (it is incredible in summer to go in 5’ with the bike).

Me iré por un mes y compartirías el piso con 1 chico alemán tranquilo que hace música principalmente. Eso no se molesta porque usa auriculares.
Nos gusta nuestra limpieza plana y esperamos que la persona venga a hacer lo mismo, cuidando de las cosas y siendo comunicativa :) ¡Por supuesto que puedes invitar a ppl espontáneamente y con suerte sentirte como en casa!
En el baño tiene una ducha, lavabo y WC
En la cocina puedes encontrar casi todo lo que quieras.
I will leave for a month and you would share the flat with 1 calm german guy that mainly does music. That won’t bother because he wears headphones.
We like our flat clean and we expect the person to come to do the same, taking care of the things and being comunicative :) Of course you can invite ppl spontaneously and hopefully feel like at home!
In the bathroom you have a shower, sink and toilet
In the kitchen you can find almost everything you want.
Buscando una persona tranquila, limpia y consciente para cuidar mi habitación durante un mes, mientras disfruta del verano berlin.
Regar mis plantas también es importante :)))) quizás 2-3 veces en el mes
También puede pedir prestado mi bicicleta :)
