Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für sechs Wochen unter (7.12.2021 - 18.1.2022) im schönen Sprengelkiez.
Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon und ist voll möbliert, es gibt WLAN, eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und alles was wichtig ist.
Dein Mitbewohner wäre mein Freund, der viel von zuhause arbeitet und daher wert auf Ruhe legt. Es wär toll, wenn du die Blumen gießen könntest.

I'm subletting my furnished room for about one month (7.12.2021 - 18.1.2022) in Wedding.
The room has a balcony, there is wireless, we have a washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need. You would be living with my boyfriend who works from home. He is very nice and easy-going. It would be cool, if you could water my plants.
Schöner Kiez mit Plötzensee, Restaurants, Bars aber nicht so voll; U-Bahn-Hof Amrumer Str. (U9) ist 2 Min entfernt.
ENGLISH: Nice area close to undergroundstation Amrumer Str. (U9) and many parks and a lake (Plötzensee), bars and restaurants but not super crowded.
WG-gesucht findet, ich soll hier noch mehr schreiben, damit die Anzeige den 100% Status erreicht aber irgendwie is schon alles gesagt. wenn ihr mehr wissen wollt, müssta halt fragen.
Mein Freund (34) arbeitet viel von zuhause (schreibt an seiner Dissertation) und legt daher Wert auf Ruhe. Ansonsten ist er sehr sehr lieb und unkompliziert.
Wenn du selbstständig und rücksichtsvoll bist, den Unterschied zwischen WC und Pissoir kennst (Menschen mit Penis pinkeln bitte auch im Sitzen), eine Klobürste benutzen kannst und deinen Kram immer gleich selber wegräumst, sollte es im Grunde passen. No-Gos: Rassisst*innen, Sexist*innen, Antisemit*innen und Querdenker*innen. Achso und geimpft solltest du auch sein.

My boyfriend (34) works from home (on his PhD) so needs the place to be quiet enough for that. Otherwise he is a very sweet, easy-going, friendly housemate!
If you are independent and considerate, you pee sitting down (in case you have a penis), know how to use a toilet brush and realise that a housemate is not your cleaner, it should work out fine. No racists, sexists, antisemits or Anit-vaxxers!
Den Balkon teile ich mit meiner Nachbarin. Sie ist meine gute Freundin und wir haben die Wand, die die Balkone trennte, abgebaut. Sie ist diskret und wird nicht auf deine Seite des Balkons kommen und ich bitte dich, auch nicht auf ihre Site zu gehen.
Bitte einfach ne Mail mit Infos über dich schreiben. Wenn wir aufgrund von der E-Mail glauben, dass es passen könnte, Laden wir dich ein, das Zimmer anzuschauen.
Ich mach das immer so, dass ich ne Kopie des Ausweises haben will (kann ich auch hier kopieren) und nen Untermietvertrag abschließe.

The balcony is shared with my neighbour. We are friends so we took down the wall that separates the 2 balconys. She will stay on her half and I ask you to do the same when you use it.

I usually ask for a picture of your passport and ask you to sign a contract, which you get a copy of, of course. I have a simple one in English.
