Hi,
I have a wonderful two bedroom apartment. I rent out the second room every now and then. Rent is 500 Euro per month all inclusive payable in cash when you move in. Please just message me personally for more details about me - I assure I'm very chilled and nice flatmate - female, 32 years old.
I've decorated the apartment with a very colourful, second hand look ....very Berlin!
It's an old style "alt bau" apartment, with high ceilings and wooden floor boards in the bedrooms.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and all the rooms have sunlight all day. The room itself is a brilliant turquoise blue. Contrary to the photo - it is furnished with a giant kind size bed with a great mattress, a duchess, and a storage cupboard. The single bed in the photo is now in the other room - where I will be sleeping.
The kitchen is quite large with a dining area and very 70s decor!
The bathroom also has a bath tub to relax.
I have a quick WIFI internet connection, which you can use of course.
Otherwise everything you need is provided - towels/washing machine/fully equipped kitchen.
Send me an email and tell me a bit about yourself and what you’re up to in Berlin. I like to meet up or at least skype before someone moves in to check that everything is cool living together.

Hallo! Ich moechte das 2. Zimmer in meiner wunderschönen 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin bis Ende Februar untermieten. Gerne auch für eine kürzere oder etwas längere Zeit - da bin ich flexible, wenn es gut passt. Miete ist 500.00 pro Monat - warm - und in Bar bezahlbar, wenn man einzieht.
Das Zimmer ist eine ganz tolle Türkis Blau. Das Bett ist viel groesser als im Foto oben - die ist 200 x 160m. Die Matratze ist sehr gut, alle Bettwäsche auch da. Eine Kommode, eine Spiegel Kommode, und Regale sind auch da.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die ist voll funky eingerichtet im 70er.Stil. Eine Badewanne und Dusche gibt es auch. Mein Schlafzimmer (das andere Zimmer mit Single Bett) hat einen sehr sonnigen Balkon, den man gerne mitbenutzen darf. Die ganze Wohnung hat ganztags Sonne!
Bei Interesse schick mir eine Nachricht per Email und erzähle gerne ein Bisschen über Dich. Ein Besichtigungs-Termin waere gut - damit man sich ein Bisschen kennenlernen kann, oder zumindest ein Skype.

Ich wohne in Wedding. Das Stadtteil gilt noch als super trendy Geheimtipp! Es gibt hier ganz schoene Cafes ....wie "Cafe Pfoertner" oder "die Panke", Klubs wie "Stadtbad Wedding", top Jazz Bars wie "bei Ernst", die beste Doener Laeden, und natuerlich Berliner Eckkneipen. Hier trift man der echte "Berliner" viel oefter als in andere Stadtvierteln, die schon komplett voll von Touristen sind.
Die Nachbarschaft ist auch sehr multi-kulti, viele Tuerkische und Afrikansiche Familien leben hier. Es gibt dementsprechend viele tolle Restaurants mit internatonalem Essen und einen Tuerkischen Markt immer am Mittwoch um die Ecke.
Und wenn man Bock auf Natur hat, 5min um die Ecke ist der beste Park Berlins, "Rehberge". Und 2 Minuten weiter hat man den Ploetzensee, wo man super schwimmen kann und ein Bierchen beim Sonnenuntergand geniessen kann.
Dann gibt's die Mengen Troedel Laeden mit so viele Schnappchen drin.
Ich fuehle mich hier sehr wohl!
Und wenn man weg kommen will - ist man super angebunden. Die U6 Haltestelle Seestr liegt 2 min zu Fuss. Und die M13 Tram, die 24/7 laeuft. Die Ring Bahn ist auch nur 10 min entfernt. Damit kann man Friedrichstr in 10-15 mins erreichen und Merringdamm/Kreuzberg in 20 Minuten.

I live in Wedding, which is part of Mitte in the North West of Berlin. It's probably the most edgy, upcoming suburb in the city.
Lots of young people, artists and students are starting to move here. Little cafes are springing up all over the place next door to the tradtional Berlin corner pubs and the multitude of second hand furniture stores. The suburb has some similarities to Neukoelln. It's very bustling and multi-cultural. I like it because there are also many real 'berliners' here. It's not so touristic, it's very authentic. Just around the corner is one of Berlin's best and largest parks - Rehberge. To cool off in summer, the beautiful Ploetzensee lake is also only 5mins away. There are some great cafes, turkish markets and live music venues. It's a great place to stay if you want to get away from the noisy craziness of somewhere like Kreuzberg. It's just a bit more chilled out here!
The apartment has got great transport connections to the rest of the city. The subway line U6 is literally around the corner, 2 minutes walking distance. The ring train, which circulates the entire inner city is 2 stops away, takes 10 minutes to get there. The M13 tram line is also right outside the door and runs 24/7. It takes 10 minutes on the subway into the city centre - Alexander Platz/Friedrichsstrasse. And only 20 mins to Kreuzberg/Neukoelln.
Das ist eine nicht raucher WG, aber auf den Balkon darf man schon.
