Das Zimmer ist mit dem nötigsten möbliert (anders als im Bild), d.h. mit einer Matratze (140x200cm), Stuhl, Tisch, kleinem Sessel, kleinem Regal, Vorhängen.
Es ist groß und hat einen Balkon. Es geht zu einer größeren Straße raus und hat die typischen Altbaufenster, d.h. Verkehrsgeräusche sind zu hören.
Es ist keine Waschmaschine vorhanden. In der Gegend gibt es aber mehrere Waschsalons.

We're subletting the room for the transition phase before the main tenancy of the whole apartment ends.
We're also looking for a quiet, friendly, reliable person who has an up-to-date vaccination status and takes the pandemic seriously.
The room is furnished with the most necessary things (different from the picture), i.e. with a mattress (140x200cm), chair, table, small armchair, small shelf, curtains.
It is large and has a balcony. It faces a bigger street and has the typical wooden "Altbau" windows, i.e. traffic noise can be heard.
There is no washing machine at the apartment. However, there are several laundromats in the area.
Sehr gut angebunden, U8 Pankstr. zu Fuß in ~6 Minuten erreichbar, S Gesundbrunnen in ca. 15, Tram M13 und M50 sind sehr nah.
Lidl direkt gegenüber, Humboldthain und Panke in der Nähe, es gibt ein paar nette Cafés, Kneipen, Restaurants/Falafelläden, die Uferstudios, ...

Very well connected, U8 Pankstr. can be reached on foot in ~6 minutes, S Gesundbrunnen in about 15, Tram M13 and M50 are very close.
There's a Lidl directly opposite, Humboldthain and Panke nearby, there are a few nice cafés, pubs, restaurants/falafel places, the Uferstudios, ...
Zweck-WG-artige Kurzzeit-Zwischenmiete!
Trotzdem: Sexismus, Rassismus, Homophobie und andere Menschenfeindlichkeiten bzw. Geschwurbel sind nicht erwünscht.
Haustiere, Rauchen, Räucherstäbchen und ähnliche Dinge gehen in der Wohnung aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht. Auf dem Balkon kann aber geraucht werden.

Still: sexism, racism, homophobia and other hostile ideologies like conspiracy stuff are not welcome.
Pets, smoking, incense and similar things are not allowed in the apartment for health reasons. Smoking is ok on the balcony.
