The 15 square meter room shown on the pictures is facing the inner courtyard, so there will be no noise from the street and you have a really nice view over the courtyard!
We are planning to rent the room out fully furnished (bed, table, chair, desktop lamp, closet, bookshelf).
The flat itself is huge and has a total of two bath rooms, one common kitchen (plates, cups, pots etc. are all there), one individual kitchen and 5 rooms.
The location of the flat is very central and vibrant.
U Osloer Str (U9 and U8) is virtually right in front of the main entrance of the building.
So you have all sorts
of public transportation opportunities available, from U-Bahn to tram to bus over night bus and taxi.
To Beuth University of Applied Sciences, you can get within 10 minutes (2 subway stations).
There are also two or three hospitals in the direct vicinity where medicine students come for studies.
To the Technical University of Berlin and Humboldt University Berlin you can get within 23 and 21 minutes, respectively,
It is very convenient to get to central locations like Alexanderplatz, Rosenthaler Platz, Neukölln, Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg, etc.
Grocery shopping opportunities are given very close by as well - there is for instance a Kaufland available right across the street (about 200 meters).
Furthermore, there are many small cafes, bars and takeaway food stores in front of the building.
There is a very broad range of recreational activities possible in the area. Just to name a few:
A fitness gym is two public transportation stations away - either at Gesundbrunnencenter or at Osramhöfe.
You can get to Freibad (open-air bath) Plötzensee within a few stops. There is another open-air bath called Kombibad Seestr one station away.
A climbing (bouldering) gym is located a bit south of Osloer Str. called Magic Mountain Kletterhallen.

In short, it is really central and awesome =)
We are just opening up the flat right now, so it is pretty much up to you :)

In the basement is a seperate room to park your bike safetly.
In case you have a car, we have the opportunity to get a private parking spot in the courtyard right down the staircase.
Also, there is an elevator in the house.
