COME TO OUR OPEN HOUSE ON SATURDAY, 29/04/2017, FROM 11:00-14:00! Name on the doorbell is Benson/Erdogan.
Your room features a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe, as well as linoleum flooring, a radiator and double windows to keep warm in the winter.The room is open and light with a big window (with blinds). We're located on the first floor, with a nice view of the garden area. The apartment also includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony. The kitchen includes an oven, stove, sink, fridge and microwave, as well as dishes and cookware. The bathroom features a big tub and shower, as well as the towel heater. The living room and balcony are furnished, but there is still plenty of room for more furniture if you have some you would like to add.
We are located in the southern part of Reinickendorf, near Wedding. There are three bus lines directly near the apartment, including lines 125, 122 and 128, and we are within walking distance of the U6 line (Afrikanisch and Kurt-Schumaker Platz), with easy access to U8 (Residenzestr.) and U9 (Osloer Str.) as well.
We also live close to Tegel Airport if you are a frequent traveler. Note that occasional plane noise can be heard anyway in this part of Wedding/Reinickendorf, but the house is well insulated with double windows, etc.
We're an easy-going couple from the USA. We're fluent in English and Turkish, and speak passable German, Spanish and French. We also have a dog - a husky named Haze. We would prefer that our roommate enjoy being around dogs. Other than that, we're open to having a German or international roommate live with us.
