Central Altbau w/ living room

The flat is located between the tube stations Leopoldtplatz and Nauener Platz and the Seestraße. So it is part of the Leopoldtkiez and Seestraße-Carree. There are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants around. The area is great for a glass of wine or outstanding brunch with eggs benedict. Also, there is the very best Neapolitan pizza place right around the corner!

Public transportation is really good here. The bus is just about a 3 minutes-walk away, and you will reach the U bahn (U6, U9) within 7 minutes and the tram (M13), too. It takes roughly 20 minutes to travel to the very city centers Ku'Damm, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße or Mauerpark.
The Autobahn is not too far away and by car you reach the airport within 15 minutes - no worries: no noise! Berlin is quite big but if you like to cycle your way through Berlin life that‘s not a problem, too.

There are supermarkets all around as well as shops for each and everything. The Wedding area is known for its blend of cultural influences and nationalities. Population is a mix of students, working class and more and more families with academic background. There is another Arabic snack bar just 20 meters from the flat that I really like. Several Korean restaurants serve yum dishes, too (worth it!). The Turkish bakery in the house perfumes the staircase with the odor of fresh bread and you can always (always!) get a warm pide and fresh pastries here.

If you enjoy fresh air, indoor and outdoor swimming and green scenes, then you will find this place to be the perfect starting point. The beautiful Schillerpark is just about 5 minutes away, and there is a swimming pool as well as the Plötzensee, Tegel Lake and the Airport Lake pretty close. Rehberge and Humboldthain (yeah: more parks!) are also pretty close.

There is also one of the beste Ramen restaurants around the corner. Sorry for talking about food all the time :D I have more hobbies like making music, sports, hiking, reading and traveling.

Fitness centers, martial arts school, yoga studios, co-working places, etc. are almost in arm's reach!

People say I’m good company. So far I got along with my flatmates without too many rules as I tend to respect the wishes and needs of the people around. If you do the same we will probably have a good time.

I like cooking and creating cocktails and playing guitar and singing. I enjoy having guests at home from time to time (taking Corona serious though!).

Having a nice home to relax, having a good chat or just netflix is important for me.

There is a huge living room which is also used as a guest room. So it’s no problem to invite your loved ones from outside of Berlin and offer them a place to sleep for a couple of days.

I take Corona serious and pay attention when meeting friends, family and colleagues and you should do the same.

I am upgrading the flat gradually, so little improvements and updates happen all the time. Next step: dish washer!!

Don't know what to say anymore. Well... I don‘t want hard drugs at my house. There is no room for racism and sh*t. That's basically it!
