Das Zimmer liegt im 2.OG und hat einen großen Balkon. Der Balkon wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt, aber du wirst der*diejenige sein, der*die jeden Morgen mit einer Aussicht aufs Grüne aufwacht. Der Balkon eignet sich super für ein morgentliches Frühstück in der Sonne und für die eigene Pflanzenzucht. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, aber man kann gut verdunkeln, wenn man mal ausschlafen will.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.

The room is located in a shared flat on the 2nd floor and has a big balcony which is used by all of the flatmates. However, you will be the one waking up to the nice view. The balcony is perfect for having breakfast in the sun or growing your own plants. The room gets a lot of light, but the blinds keep out everything after a night of partying.
Furniture won't be included.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des schönen Wedding bei der Ubahnstation Rehberge (U6). Die Ubahn lässt sich in ca 5 min Fußweg erreichen. Der nächste Edeka ist die Straße runter, Spätis gibt es einige. Für alle weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist man mit der Ubahn in ein paar Minuten an der Seestraße und findet noch mehr Supermärkte, DM und alles was das Herz begehrt. Direkt in der Nähe ist das Centre Francais, ein kleines Kiezkino und ein tolles Urban Garden Projekt. Der Volkspark Rehberge ist in ca 10-15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad gehts noch schneller. Alles in allem ist es bei uns sehr ruhig, aber Bars, Dönerläden und Restaurants sind super schnell zu erreichen. Und jeder weiß: der Wedding ist im Kommen ;)

The flat is located in Wedding, Ubahn station Rehberge (U6). Your reach the Ubahn within 5 min. The closest supermarket is down the street and there are plenty of spätis. If you hop onto the u6 you are at Seestraße in no time where you will find more supermarktes, DM and everything you might need. Centre Francais and a Kiez cinema are in direct proximity as well as an awesome urban garden project. You can reach Volskpark Rehberge within 10-15 min walking. Going by bike it's even faster. It is very quiet in our area, however, if you are looking for bars, restaurants or döner you will find some in 10 min walking distance.
Wir sind alle Studierende und unser WG Leben ist sehr entspannt. Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss. Wir haben kein richtiges Wohnzimmer, aber eine süße Küche mit einem Sofa. Außerdem haben wir einen Putzplan.

We are all students and life in our WG is very relaxed. We don't have a living room but a nice kitchen with a sofa. Moreover, we do have a cleaning schedule.
