Moin,
weil ich im genannten Zeitraum auf Reisen bin, vermiete ich mein feines WG Zimmer für ca. 3 Wochen unter. Nach Absprache sind auch flexible Einzugsdatum möglich, d.h. zum Beispiel schon ab Freitag den 1.
Interessant als Zwischenlösung für WG-Suchende oder Kurzaufenthaltler.
Bei Interesse bitte direkt anrufen oder eine Nachricht mit Telefonnummer hinterlassen.
Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken, weshalb die Zimmer sehr geräumig sind. Im Zimmer steht ein Hochbett, wodurch viel Platz vorhanden ist. Wenn die Sonne scheint, hat man auch viel Tageslicht. Das Zimmer liegt zum Hinterhof, daher ist es ruhig. Ansonsten gibt es noch einen Schreibtisch, eine Ausziehcouch und Platz für Klamotten im Regal, was du alles mitbenutzen kannst...
TERASSE im Erdgeschoß: Diese ist direkt an die Wohnung angebunden und steht mit Grill und Sitz- & Liegemöglichkeiten für Dich zur Verfügung!

I will be travelling from 4th until 24th of October. During this time I subrent my room in the shared flat. If needed we can speak about an earlier starting date, e.g. friday 1st. The room is probably interesting as an intermediate solution for searching people or for visitors staying short time...

The flat has high ceilings, so the rooms are spacious. The room has a loft bed, so there is a lot of space in the room. When the sun comes out, you'll have a lot of daylight in the room. The room is towards the backyard, so it's quiet. There is also a desk, a couch and space in cupboard for your clothes that you can use...
U Bahn Station Nauener Platz (U9) ist fußläufig in 3 Mintuen zu erreichen. Zum Alex sind es 15 min., zum Zoo etwa 10 min., ZOB in 15 min. mit den Öffis, also alles sehr gut erreichbar...
Bäcker, Supermärkte, mehrere Spätis, Apotheke, 2 Dönerbuden, arabische Snacks, 2 Pizzaläden etc. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung, wenn man aus der Haustüre läuft

U9 Station Nauener Platz is 3 min. distance to the flat. From there you'll get around pretty easy, Alex is 15 min., Zoo is 10 min., ZOB in 15 min. with public transport...
There is a bakery, supermarkets, some nightshops, a pharmacy, 2 Döner, arab snacks, 2 pizzerias etc. in the near sourroundings when you just exit the front door...
Ein Mitbewohner, eine Mitbewohnerin, beide sehr gesellig, können reden (dt./eng. beide + einmal portugiesisch) und kochen. Wenn du Hilfe in Berlin brauchst können Sie dir weiterhelfen und Tipps geben.
