wir suchen eine UntermieterIn bis Oktober 2023 für diese schöne Altbauwohnung in der Seestraße, sie hat Fischgrätenparkett und hohe Decken. Das Zimmer hat 28,2 qm und geht zur Straße hinaus und ist teilmöbliert.
Die Altbauwohnung wurde komplett neu (auch technisch) saniert und verfügt über ein besonders schönes Ambiente - zahlreiche Stilelemente aus der Bauzeit sind noch vorhanden. Die Echtholzdielen wurden sorgfältig geschliffen, die Zimmer verfügen über schönen Deckenstuck und auch Kassettentüren sind noch vorhanden. Aufwändig gespachtelte Wände bringen ein durchaus elegantes Ambiente in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist - auch durch große Fensterflächen - ausgezeichnet belichtet. Das Badezimmer wurde komplett neu gebaut und überzeugt mit einer modernen Fliesung, eine Badewanne und auch ein Fenster sind vorhanden.
Till October 2023 are looking for an entrepreneurship for a kind of old building on Seestrasse with herringbone parquet and high ceilings. The room is 28.2 qm and faces the street and is partly furnished.
The old apartment will be completely redesigned (also technically) and refined with an excellent ambiance - the most stylish styles from the construction period are now available. The real wood floorboards are being overhauled, the rooms are being displayed on the stucco ceiling and the cassettes are being removed. Extremely spacious windows bring an elegant ambiance into the living room. The apartment is well lit - also through the large window panes. The bathroom was completely rebuilt and equipped with modern tiling, a bathtub and a window are also available.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem klassischen, teilsanierten Berliner Mehrfamilienhaus in der Seestraße (Höhe Togostraße) in Berlin-Wedding. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind gut, so ist z.B. der U-Bahnhof Seestraße nach nur überschaubarem Spaziergang erreichbar - auch Buslinien und die Tram sind verfügbar. In der näheren Umgebung finden Sie zudem Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Kurze Wege zu Naherholungsflächen, sehr gute Infrastruktur und die Nähe zu den Berliner Zentren machen diesen Standort sehr attraktiv. The apartment is located in a classic, partially renovated Berlin apartment building in the Seestraße (height Togostraße) in Berlin-Wedding. The traffic connections are good, e.g. the underground station Seestraße can be reached after only a manageable walk - bus lines and the tram are also available. In the vicinity, you will also find shops for daily needs. Short distances to recreational areas, very good infrastructure and proximity to the Berlin centers make this location very attractive. Last but not least, an attractive and interesting café scene has formed in the immediate vicinity.
Wir sind Jakob & Natascha (beide 30 Jahre). Wir studieren beide Psychologie an der International Psychoanalytic University. Wir sind literaturaffin (uns interessieren bzw. folgende Themen: Kritische Theorie, Antisemitismus, Kritik der politische Ökonomie, Psychoanalyse). Außerdem wird bei Zeiten extravagant in unserer Küche gekocht, mit einem Glas Wein. Fußball und Wanderungen stehen ebenfalls hoch im Kurs.

We are interested in literature (we are interested in the following topics: critical theory, anti-Semitism, criticism of political economy, psychoanalysis).
