DE: Keine Zweck-WG, gern zusammen was essen/trinken, saubere Wohnung, gesucht vom 20.7 bis zum 1.12. aber auch gern vom 1.8. und/oder bis zum 1.11.
EN: Nice and clean shared flat where we enjoy spending time with each other, having some food or a beer, the room is available from July 20th until December 1st, but also possible from August 1st and/or until November 1st.

Helle 24 Quadratmeter, mit Balkon, gelegen im schönsten Wedding, warten auf einen offenen, witzigen MitbewohnerIn, die vielleicht mit uns gern kocht/isst, oder das ein oder andere Bierchen in der WG-Küche aufm Sofa trinkt. Sowohl das Zimmer, als auch der Rest des top sanierten Altbaus, in dem unsere WG lebt, sind gut ausgestattet (Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Badewanne, Dusche, Aufzug, Internet). Wie du siehst musst du dich also eigentlich nur noch melden, der Rest findet sich schon.
Wedding = U6 + U9 + Ringbahn + Bus zum Hbf + unzählige Kneipen + internationale Küche + viel Grün (Humboldthain, Rehberge, Schillerpark...). Und falls du spielsüchtig bist, hat der Wedding auch ein paar Casinos. Aber wir freuen uns, wenn du lieber mit uns im Garten chillst ;-)
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Garten, wo wir gern grillen und chillen. Das Haus ist eine bunte Mischung aus WGs, Kleinfamilien und Pärchen.
Zu uns: Die Wohnsituation ist über den Sommer etwas kompliziert: Valeria ist für den Sommer nach Südamerika und kommt im frühen Herbst zurück, Weihan ist gerade eingezogen, Guilhelm bleibt, und Maike zieht gerade bei ihrer besten Freundin ein. In der Mitte brauchen wir Verstärkung :-)
Wie funktioniert die WG? Wir treffen uns meist ungeplant und zwanglos, aber doch regelmäßg bei einem Tee oder zum gemeinsamen Essen. Man hilft sich gegenseitig gern und putzen können wir auch ;-)
Das Zimmer ist vom 20.7. frei, du kannst aber auch gern erst am 1.8. einziehen. Das gleiche für den Auszug: Bis zum 1.11. oder 1.12.

Hey, we're Valeria, Weihan, and Guilhelm, looking for a new flatmate (f/m) for the summer in our 24m2 large room with a small balcony in Wedding. Valeria is travelling through South America and eventually coming back, Weihan is doing an internship for the summer, Guilhelm is just staying in the flat (boooring!). The flat has been completely renovated, there is a nice kitchen with a sofa, a washing machine, dishwasher, shower, tub, elevator, garden... what else?
We like to hang out in the kitchen, cooking or having a beer. The room has basic furniture (bed, mattress, wardrobe, tabletop...), but if you have your own stuff, everything can be stored in the basement.
How does it work? We regularly meet for tea or some food, but all is pretty much unplanned and easy going. We help each other and we know how to keep the flat clean ;-)
