Hello there!
I am offering a room, 13m^2, for a couple of months.
The room comes with a bed and a wardrobe.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, refrigerator and a gas stove.
In the bathroom is a shower and it comes with under floor heating.
The other room where I sleep can also be used as a living room by you during the day. Mostly I am not at home from 6:00-18:00 due to work during the week. So you can use the TV, Netflix, a desk with a screen to work from home whenever you want.
There is a subway station 2 minutes away by walking and supermarkets(LIDL, Rewe..) are also pretty close.
The rent for the room is 400€ per month. A deposit of 200€ would be cool.
A bit about myself:
I am Paul, 34 years old, pretty sarcastic and calm. I like sports, going out, reading..and much more.
I am absolutely open to spend time together like cooking or outside of the flat but I also know that sometimes we need time for ourselves.
