Das möblierte Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Regal und Kleiderschrank in dieser voll ausgestatteten Wohnung mit Gemeinschaftsküche und 2 Bädern. Insgesamt gibt es sechs Zimmer und ebenso viele Bewohner.
Alle Böden der Wohnung sind mit Laminat bzw. in den Bädern mit Fliesen ausgelegt und somit pflegeleicht.
Small room in shared apartment with 5 flatmates, 2 baths and large kitchen.
The Room has a double bed, desk, shelf and wardrobe in an apartment that serves all basic needs including a large shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There are a total of 6 rooms and as many tenants.
All floors in the apartment are covered with either laminate or in case of the bathrooms tile and are therefore easy to take care off.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Mitte im aufblühenden Ortsteil Wedding, nur 5 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Osloer Straße enfernt, wo die Linien U8 und U9 abfahren. Die Tram-Station ist ebensoweit entfernt.
The apartment is located in Mitte in the flourishing district of Wedding, only 5 minutes walk from the underground station Osloer Straße, where the lines U8 and U9 leave. The tram station is just as far away.
Wir sind 4 Männer und 2 Frauen in der WG und suchen vorzugsweise eine Frau, damit dieses annähernd ausgegelichene Verhältnis so bleibt. Wir sind ein Mix aus berufstätigen und Studierenden, was uns aber nicht davon abhält auch unter der Woche mit dem ein oder anderen Bierchen in der Gemeinschaftsküche anzustoßen. Hin und wieder unternehmen wir auch am Wochenende etwas und spielen auch mal das ein oder andere Gesellschaftsspiel. Trotz gemeinsamer Aktivitäten kommt die Privatssphäre der jedes einzelnen nicht zu kurz, alles kann aber nichts muss, wir suchen allerdings jemanden, der sich in die Gemeinschaft einbringen möchte.
We are 4 men and 2 women in the WG and are preferably looking for a woman, so that this approximately balanced relationship remains so. We are a mix of working people and students, but that doesn't stop us from enjoying a beer or two in the communal kitchen during the week. From time to time we also do something on the weekend and play some parlour games. In spite of common activities, the privacy of each individual is not neglected, everything is not necessary, but we are looking for someone who wants to get involved in the community.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 10.01, eventuell auch ab dem 07.01. verfügbar. Die kosten sind warm, es fallen also keine weiteren Kosten an. Anmeldung ist möglich, ihr könnt hier sowohl befristet als auch unbefristet wohnen, dass könnt ihr dann mit dem Vermieter ansprechen. Schreibt uns einfach an, um noch mehr zu erfahren. Ab dem 02.01 könnt ihr euch die Wohnung persönlich angucken. Verrate uns bitte noch dein Lieblingsgericht, damit wir sehen gehen können, dass du die Anzeige auch gelesen hast :)
