We're looking for a housemate to join our WG in Wedding. The apartment is near Ubahn station Nauner Platz, with good connections to the ring and also Sbahn Wedding. The apartment consists of three bedrooms, 1 nice sized fully furnished kitchen and a large bathroom. The room is 20 sqm, including a bed, desk, shelves and clothes rack, with two windows which have great sunlight streaming through. Non smokers please :)

Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin !!!
Das Zimmer ist 25 mq . Es wird möbliert vermietet. 1x Bett (mit Matratze 90x200), 1 x Nachttisch, 1 x Schreibtisch, 1 x Regale, 1x Kommode,1 x Hängestange für Kleidung, 1x Stühl.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 99 qm groß, hat grosse Küche und Bad. auch mit Badewanne. Der Mietpreis enthält alle Kosten (inklusive Internetnutzung, Strom, Gas, Wasser, Heizung).
Miete Beträgt 500 euro
Die Wohnung ist super verkehrsgünstig gelegen, der U-Bahnhof Nauener Platz (U9)ist in 2 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen und man ist dann in 15 min am U-/S-Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten, der S-bhf Wedding ist in 8-10 Gehminuten zu erreichen und auch diverse Buslinien und die U6 und U8 . Es gibt hier auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Du wirst die Wohnung mit Sandra und Costanza teilen :-)
Das Zimmer ist bis 30 September zu vermieten.
Einzug ab 31. Mai (oder 1 Juni).
Wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst und Interesse hast, dann schreib mir doch eine Nachricht, in der du dich kurz mit paar Worten selbst vorstellst/beschreibst und ich schreibe dann so schnell wie möglich wegen eines Besichtigungstermins zurück.
