Ein kleines, aber feines Zimmer für ein Wochenend-Trip nach Berlin oder gern auch für länger! Das Zimmer ist hell und hat Abendsonne. Es ist alles da und ich würde es "gästefreundlich" herrichten. Ich kann euch auch Handtücher geben.
A small but nice room for a weekend trip to Berlin or even for longer! The room is bright and has evening sun. It is all there and I would make it "guest friendly". I can also give you towels.

Die Straße ist eine ruhige Seitenstraße der Soldiner.
3 Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein Penny. Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, Norma, Netto, Lidl, Kaufland und diverse türkische Supermärkte befinden sich aber ebenfalls im Umkreis.
Es gibt nicht alles in Massen, aber alles, was man braucht! Kneipe, fancy Tortilla-Hipster-Café, Späti und die Panke. Und mit der U8 ist man schnell in Kreuzberg und Neukölln. Obwohl wir so nah an der Osloer Str. wohnen, ist es sehr leise und ich habe mich bisher auch nachts nie unsicher auf den Straßen gefühlt.
Die nächsten ÖPNV sind:
-die Bushaltestelle Soldiner Str./Prinzenallee (3 Minuten, M27, 255)
-die Tramstation Grüntaler Str. (5 min, M13, 50)
-der S-Bahnhof Bornholmer Str. (10 min, S1, S2, S25, S26, S8, S85)
-der U-Bahnhof Pankstr. (10 min, U8)
Zum Gesundbrunnen-Center und Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen läuft man ca. 15 Minuten.
The street is a quiet side street of the Soldiner.
3 minutes away there is a penny. But Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, Norma, Netto, Lidl, Kaufland and various Turkish supermarkets are also in the vicinity.
There is not everything in masses, but everything you need! Pub, fancy tortilla hipster café, Späti and the Panke. And with the U8 you can get to Kreuzberg and Neukölln in no time at all. Although we live so close to Osloer Str., it is very quiet and I have never felt unsafe on the streets at night.
The next public transportation is:

To the Gesundbrunnen-Center and the train station Gesundbrunnen you walk about 15 minutes.

Ich bin bis Ende März allein in der WG und versuche, mit einer Zwischenmiete die Zeit zu überbrücken. Wenn ihr zu Besuch in Berlin seid, kann ich wuch gern was zeigen oder Tips geben oder auch mal irgendwo hin mitnehmen.
Hier ist alles ganz unkompliziert, die Mitbewohnerin, die nicht da sein wird, und ich teilen viel und sind Freundinnen, sodass wir eigentlich den ganz normalen Wg-Kram mit kochen, Wein trinken und so machen. Das ist so der Modus, wir können gern in der Küche abhängen oder ich lasse dich/euch einfach in Ruhe. Ein entspannter und offener Umgang sind mir wichtig und ein Grundmaß an Sauberkeit.
I am alone in the flat share until the end of March and try to bridge the time with a temporary rent. If you're visiting Berlin, I can show you something or give you tips or even take you somewhere.
Everything is very uncomplicated here, the roommate, who won't be there, and I share a lot and are friends, so we actually do the normal Wg stuff with cooking, drinking wine and stuff like that. That's the way it is, we can hang out in the kitchen or I can just leave you alone. Relaxed and open-minded contact is important to me and a basic level of cleanliness.
