Das Zimmer hat ca 15 qm und hohe Decken. Es geht zum Hinterhof raus, daher ist es schön ruhig.
The room has about 15 square meters and high ceilings. It goes out to the backyard, so its nice and quiet.

Ruhige Seitenstraße nahe der U8 ca 3 min. Fußweg. Viele Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Habe die Wohnung gerade übernommen, es soll zukünftig ne 2er WG mit großem Wohnzimmer werden. Da ein Zimmer jedoch noch renoviert werden muss, vermiete ich momentan lediglich ein Zimmer befristet unter. Bin politisch aktiv und studiere,treffe gerne Freund*innen und mag kochen.udiere und finde trotzdem genug Koche gern, lese, hör Mukke oder hänge mit Freund*innen.
Du solltest cool damit sein, dass ich in meinem Zimmer rauche. Gerne unternehme ich gelegentlich was bei gleicher Interessenlage, sehe das insgesamt aber als Zweck-WG. Ich lege viel wert auf direkte Kommunikation,Kritikfähigkeit und vor allem Empathie :)

I have just taken over the apartment, it will be a 2-person flat with a large living room. Since one room still has to be renovated, I am currently only renting one room below. I am politically active and study, like to meet friends and like to cook. I study and still like to cook, read, listen to Mukke or hang out with friends.
You should be cool with me smoking in my room. I like to do something with you from time to time, if we have same interests. But at all its more as a shared flat. I attach great importance to direct communication, critical faculties and above all empathy :)
