We are renting a room that is furnished starting April 1 (or right away).
The apartment is clean and furnished. It is located near U Osloerstr (10 minutes on foot) or right in front with bus 255. It is in Wedding, with a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants near it.
The apartment is furnished and ready to occupy.
I, John (35) from the US, am a dev who has to speak English and German. One lady (24) is also a software developer.
So we hope to find someone who speaks English or German, to force us to speak those languages too, so we can learn them better, but it's not really a requirement.

Wir suchen ab eine Mitbewohner/in ab dem 1. April.
Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und möbliert. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ist in die näher von U Osloerstr (10 Minuten zu Fuß), in wedding u. somit auch ganz nahe am zahllosen Läden, Bars, Cafes & Restaurants. Direkt vor der Gebäude ist Bus 255. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles möbliert.
Zu uns, ich John (35) bin eine Programmierer aus den USA und kann auf English und Deutsch. Ein Frau (24) ist auch eine Softwareentwickler.
Am besten suchen wir jemanden der Englisch oder Deutsch spricht weil wir hier leben und wollen die Sprache lernen.
Wer uns kennenlernen und das Zimmer sehen möchte, melde sich.
Kein Rauchen keine Tiere bitte.
