The flat is located in Wedding- 1 minute walk to U Seestraße (U6 + tram), Leopoldplatz 8 minutes walk (U6+U9). U8 Osloer Str can be reached by tram 3 stops.

There's plenty of supermarkets within 2-7 mins walk (Rewe,Bio Company, Penny, Edeka, Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, DM, Rossman,Vinh-Loi asian supermarket and even more if you can believe it...)

There are many restaurants and bars around as well and lotsa green areas, such as Schillerpark and the beautiful Volkspark Rehberge. Lakes such as Plötzensee are 5 mins by bike-tram to reach. Other beautiful lakes like Tegeler See and Flughafensee are easy to reach as well by bike or public transport.

Overall it's a great and convenient place to live in, with great access to nature and the city center.



Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wedding – nur 1 Minute zu Fuß zur U Seestraße (U6 + Tram), Leopoldplatz ist in 8 Minuten zu erreichen (U6 + U9). Die U8 Osloer Straße ist mit der Tram in 3 Stationen erreichbar.

Es gibt zahlreiche Supermärkte in 2–7 Minuten Entfernung: Rewe, Bio Company, Penny, Edeka, Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, DM, Rossmann, Vinh-Loi Asiamarkt – und noch mehr, wenn man’s kaum glauben mag :)

In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars sowie jede Menge grüne Ecken, z. B. den Schillerpark und den wunderschönen Volkspark Rehberge. Der Plötzensee ist in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Rad oder der Tram erreichbar. Auch andere schöne Seen wie der Tegeler See oder der Flughafensee sind gut mit dem Fahrrad oder den Öffis erreichbar.

Insgesamt ist es ein sehr angenehmer und praktischer Ort zum Leben – mit toller Anbindung an die Natur und die Innenstadt.

I'm looking for someone who values a calm, easy-going WG life - where the flat feels like a place to recharge and feel at ease. Ideally, you're someone who enjoys a grounded, respectful atmosphere and prefers partying to happen outside the home (with the occasional exception, of course).

About me: I’m just starting out in my career as an architect and spend a lot of time working creatively, so I care about the space I live in. It matters to me that it feels intentional, cozy, and well taken care of. I also do a lot of sports, if that’s your thing too, cool- but no pressure haha
I enjoy shared meals now and then, creative chats over coffee or tea, maybe watching a movie together when it flows - but also respect that everyone has their own rhythm and need for space.

I'm looking for someone with a stable income and a regular work routine (ideally employed), so that the flat runs smoothly day-to-day. If you're a student doing a full-time internship, that could work too.




Ich suche jemanden, derdie Wert auf ein ruhiges, entspanntes WG-Leben legt – ein Zuhause, das sich wie ein Rückzugsort anfühlt, an dem man sich wohlfühlen und auftanken kann. Im Idealfall bist du jemand, derdie eine geerdete, respektvolle Atmosphäre schätzt und Partys eher außerhalb der Wohnung stattfinden (mit gelegentlichen Ausnahmen natürlich)

Zu mir: Ich stehe am Anfang meiner Laufbahn als Architekt*in und arbeite viel kreativ, daher ist mir mein Wohnraum sehr wichtig. Es soll sich gemütlich, bewusst gestaltet und gut gepflegt anfühlen. Ich mache auch viel Sport – wenn du das auch magst, cool – aber kein Muss, haha.

Ich freue mich über gemeinsame Abendessen, kreative Gespräche bei Kaffee oder Tee, mal einen Filmabend – aber ich respektiere genauso, dass jeder seinenihren eigenen Rhythmus und Rückzugsbedarf hat.

Ich suche jemanden mit stabilem Einkommen und geregeltem Alltag (idealerweise angestellt), damit das WG-Leben im Alltag gut funktioniert. Wenn du Student*in im Praktikum bist, kann das auch gut passen.

Das Einzugsdatum kann flexibel gestaltet werden, das Zimmer ist tatsächlich ab dem 1. Mai verfügbar aufgrund einer kurzfristigen Absage.
Idealerweise wäre ein Einzugstermin zwischen dem 1.05. und 15.05.
