I am renting a room that is furnished starting either Jun 1st.
The apartment is clean and furnished. It is located near U8+U9 Osloerstr (8 minutes on foot) and right in front of bus 255. It is in Wedding, with a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants near it.
The apartment is furnished and ready to occupy.
I do not live there. I, Dunia (43) from Spain, am a programmer who has to speak English (and a little German) at work. The roommate that live there is a Chilean history student (21) and for 2 months an American language teacher (24). In 2 months my niece will be back. She will be replacing the american. She is a medicine student and Basketball player from Spain (19).

Wir suchen ab eine Mitbewohner/in ab dem 1.June.
Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und möbliert. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ist in die näher von U Osloerstr (10 Minuten zu Fuß), in Wedding u. somit auch ganz nahe am zahllosen Läden, Bars, Cafes & Restaurants. Direkt vor der Gebäude ist Bus 255. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles möbliert.
Wer die Mitbewohnern kennenlernen und das Zimmer sehen möchte, melde sich.
