The room is small, but very cosy. Because it's on the top of the building, it's very bright. It also has a small balcony with a self-made couch to chill. Because I'm a music producer and a dj, there is music production and dj equipment available for you if you promise to be nice to it :) Because I'm a Buddhist, there is also a mat and cushion for Yoga and meditation. And you can also use my racing bike.
In the flat there is also a living room that you can use and another bigger balcony for grilling. The kitchen has everything that you'll need, from dishwasher to smoothie-maker. Bathroom is also nice for taking long baths, opening the window and listening to the sounds of Wedding.
Very central, but at the same time very peaceful, because none of the windows are facing the main street (Pankstr.). There is a Lidl 5 min away (my favorite), but you also have all the other shops very close. S-Bahn and U-bahn are just around the corner (S/U-Bahn Wedding). The "club" Panke is also just over the street.
You would be sharing the flat with Nick (Nigel), the best flatmate I ever had living in Berlin. Because we both have jobs, the flat is not suitable for party people, but that doesn't mean that there are no parties or hanging out. Nick is always open for a talk, walk or taking out his kayak with you. He is totally comfortable speaking English or German with you. We don't have a cleaning schedule, but we try to keep it as clean as possible spontaneously. All in all, there is a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere in the flat.
The moving out day is flexible, if you will need a few days longer, that's possible.
