I´d like to sublet a free room of 22m² in Berlin Wedding starting from now (flexible date since the room is already free) until preferably end of July 2024.
Plus: An extension or unlimited stay is also not unrealistic. I will know it in May.
The rent/Warmmiete is 490€ per month (including heating, electricity, internet etc.) and the deposit 700€.
Registration is possible!
The flat (2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, in total 66m²) is fully furnished/ equipped.
Your room is furnished: bed, desk, small closet, shelves etc.
Location:
The flat is situated in Fehmarner Straße in Sprengelkiez, a calm area with Plötzensee and Rehberge Park in walking distance.
The U9 at Amrumer Str., the Ringbahn S41/42 at Westhafen and the bus stop, e.g #142 with direct connection to Hauptbahnhof are next to the place.
Bars and cafés nearby and we are very lucky to live aside with friendly neighbours.
I am looking for a someone reliable, strictly non-smoker and without pets who is sociable and friendly. Good communication is key.
I am Pawel (37y.o.), your flatmate. I work as a teacher, sometimes I do small acting roles too. Atm I am writing my thesis at Uni Potsdam. The rest of the time I do sports via USC, cultural stuff and like to travel, I am considerate, relaxed and open.
