Hello,
We are renting a 13m room in Wedding from the 1st of November to the 1st of February, near to Nauener Platz for 395 Euros per month(includes everything).
As it is short term, Anmeldung won't be possible.
The room is furnished with a desk, a couch that turns into a bed, two or three wardrobes, and plenty of plants, So the person shouldn't have any furnisher with him or her.
The flat itself is pretty nice, at least I think so.
About us:
We are three people other than you. Julia, Andy, and me Ahmad.
Andy moved in at the beginning of corona time in March or April, he is a very nice guy, full of energy and life, which is nice and at the same time annoying for me, because sometimes at 9:00 am u just hear him laughing out loud with Julia in the kitchen and saying doooooooooooooooope which wakes me up, and I don't like to be woken up. He is a very sensitive person, he doesn't have any of the toxic masculinity that you see in most men nowadays, which is something rare, and I think if you are a woman you would get along with him very well :P
In my eyes, Andy is a stubborn person, which I understand because he is very smart and he knows his topics very well.
If you want to have a nice conversation Andy is a person you could always do that with, he would always ask you if you looked at this topic from a different angle and try to open up your eyes.
Enough with Andy, let's move to Julia. Julia is the glue that holds the whole falt together, she is very beautiful smart, and emotional. She is a person that you could feel immediately, you say few words to her, you hear a few words from her, and you are already in love. Mainly, because of the warmth and the honest smile, she gives to you.
She is a very supportive person too, so if you need anyone to talk to, Julia is the greatest listener.
As I said Julia is the glue that holds the flat together, she gets along very well with everyone, I would like to describe her interaction with Andy, but I am not sure, because that's their feeling to decide, but what I see is that they have a good connection, maybe trust too...both of them really listen to each other, and Andy always make Julia laugh.
I am a little bit jealous of that.
My relationship with Julia is beautiful.........sometimes we are really annoyed with each other, sometimes we love each other... I can describe it in more detail but I don't want to....so I will just say it is a strong relationship.
As for me, I am a weird person, not in my look, or in my behavior, but in the way I see things and I talk to people.......I expect so much out of people which makes my relationships very complicated, at the same time I am ready to give a lot to people. I wrote this description I think this should already tell you something about me.
As for the life in the flat....it is not the greatest, it is better than 95% of flatshares, but not the greatest...I would appreciate it more if we could spend more time with each other outside of the flat and do more activities together, in general, life in the flat is very relaxed, Andy, Julia, and I are pretty busy, but we would love to invest more time for each other, and hopefully for the new person.

Those are few things we want....firstly don't write your name or where you are from in the letter...change ur name on WG gesucht to whatever, because I don't want to know your name until I decide to invite you.
Write something personal, I don't want to hear that you want to do activities with us or you like cooking and being clean because we assume all people want that.
