Ich werde in den kommenden Monaten verreisen. Wegen der kurzen Zeit, die ich zu Hause sein werde, möchte ich mein Zimmer jemandem anbieten, der zeitweise zu Besuch kommt oder auf der Suche nach einer langfristigeren Unterkunft ist.
Diejenigen, die zum ersten Mal in die Wohnung eintreten, verlieben sich sofort in sie. Zwei Bäder (eine Badewanne), ein Wohnzimmer mit Klavier und Beamer (auch sporadisches Büro), eine vollausgestattete Wohnküche und ein großer privater Garten (Raucher willkommen) bieten alles, was man sich in einer 4er WG wünschen könnte.
Da die Wohnung groß genug ist und ich die Zeit lieber in den Gemeinschaftsräumen verbringe, habe ich weder Schreibtisch noch Hochbett im Zimmer. Einfach und gemütlich. Das große Fenster ist zu einem ruhigen Innenhof hingelegt, wo man Fahrräder sicher abstellen kann.

I'll be travelling often in the coming months and for the short time I'd spend at home I thought of offering my room to someone who is temporarily visiting or can't find longer term housing.
Those who step in the apartment for the first time immediately fall in love with it. Two baths (one with bathtub), one living room with piano and projector (also sporadically office), one fully equipped "living kitchen" and a big private garden (smokers welcome) offer everything one could wish in a four-people WG.
Given the size of the apartment and the fact I prefer spending time in common spaces, I have no desk or loft bed in my room. Simple and cozy. Its big window faces a silent backyard where you can keep your bike safe.
Mit dem Bus erreicht man den Hbf in 15 Minuten. Die U9 (Amrumer Straße) ist 3 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt und die U6 (Leopoldplatz) in 10 Minuten. Das Ufer gegenüber ist ideal fürs spazieren/joggen gehen, und Rehberge und Plötzensee sind nicht zu weit. Supermärkte sind 3 Minuten entfernt und es gibt eine große Wahl an Cafés, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe.

You can reach Hbf in 15 min by bus. The U9 (Amrumer Straße) is 3 min walk away, the U6 (Leopoldplatz), 10 min.
The canal in front is ideal to go for a walk/run, and Rehberge and Plötzensee are not too far. Supermarkets are 3 min away and there's a wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants around.
Die Essenz unserer WG ist gemeinsames ausgewogenes Vergnügen. Bei uns gibt es keine strengen Regeln, nur klare Kommunikation, und wir erwarten Rücksicht, Gegenseitigkeit und Verantwortung voneinander. Wir sind unbekümmerte und unkomplizierte Menschen, die gerne Zeit zu Hause zusammen verbringen (Abendessen, Plauderei im Garten, etc.), aber wir respektieren unsere Ruhe.

The essence of our WG is enjoying a balanced life together. We have no strict rules, just clear communication, and we expect consideration, reciprocity and responsibility from each other. We're easy-going uncomplicated people who like spending time together at home (dining, chatting outside, etc.), but are respectful of each other's privacy.
