Room
A beautiful room in our flat will be available for 2 months in April/May. There is a chance of staying long-term too. The room is 20 sqm, is laminated and comes along with the typical Altbau charm – high ceilings, decorated with beautiful stucco.
the room is of course fully furnished, you'll have all you need for one month. We live in the first floor of an otherwise rather calm family building. We share the kitchen and bathroom and try to keep things organised as much as we can.
Location
Our flat is located just 6 minutes from U-Bahn station Seestraße (U6), as well as a tram stop (lines 13, 50). Bus 120 runs just outside our door from the station Türkenstraße (also comes in handy whenever travelling to and from Hauptbahnhof).
You could well say we live in a little shopping paradise – right outside the flat you have the choice between Edeka, Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl and Real. Walking down to U Seestraße, you’ll also find Rewe and BioCompany as well as Denns.
For those of you with a Sparkasse account, it’s located right next to our flat. Otherwise, there are other bank options down Müllerstraße.
What we also absolutely love about the location – the many green spaces! Just down Türkenstraße, you will find Schillerpark – inviting you for walks, a run or as a great spot to hang out with friends. Otherwise, Volkspark Rehberge is a 15 min walk away, also beautiful for longer walks and in the summer, the Freiluftkino with good movies.
Flatshare Type
We would describe our flatshare as a welcoming space, in which we like to feel at home, have our evening chats after a day of work and hang out together, whether for a walk in the park or a dinner out. At the same time, we also value privacy and alone-time whenever we need it. All in all, we would say we’ve got a balanced dynamic in our flat, and would be happy if you shared this approach.
