We are looking for a female flatmate starting from around the 10th of September( the date could be earlier).
The flat is 3 minutes away from Nauner Platz
The room costs 370 Euros per month.
Anmeldung is possible
The room is not furnished, but I can give u a mattress for a while.
The room is on the street side, so it is pretty noisy if the windows are open.
The pictures of the room is not there, but it looks exactly like my room which is uploaded there, except that it is 2m bigger and it is unfurnished
As mentioned before the flat is near Nauner Platz, it is very central, it is 17 minutes away from AlexanderPlatz by bike.
There are plenty of food options, you have the cheapest, most tasty Sudanish food place in Berlin just around the corner, u could also get some nice Thia food, and there is one the best Pizza places in Berlin, it is Stranero.
As for shopping, u live on top of Penny, next street is Lidl, so the location is ideal.
About us:
Ben, is a person who likes nature, hikes, hugs, festivals, music, and many other things. Ben is a guy that you can count on, he knows many things, and whenever I have a question I usually go to Ben.
Hazem is the 3rd person, he is into arts, literature, and theater, he is now doing his C1 course in German so he could join the uni and learn something related to the theater so he could go on catching his dreams, Hazem would leave the flat in October though.
Me: I am a person who likes sports, going out, and the nightlife.....I am also interested in philosophy and deep conversations, cooking and food is one thing that I believe I am better than the majority of people in.
As for the life that we have in the flat I would say that currently, we don't really spend a lot of time together, because we are all very busy at the moment, yet this always changes in winter and that's why it would be nice if we get someone who can do things with us.
What are we looking for is:
A woman above 22, currently in Berlin, respectful, clean( we are not the cleanest people on earth, but it would be great to have someone who makes this flat a better place), open-minded, with the ability to communicate freely and accepting criticism without taking in it personally.
