Das Zimmer zeigt nach Südosten und kriegt die volle Morgensonne ab. Wir haben große alte Fenster und am Boden liegt ein Teppich. Wir hätten einen Schrank, ein kleines Bett und eventuell sogar einen Schreibtisch für euch. Die Wohnung insgesamt hat neben dem Bad auch eine große Küche und einen kleinen Lagerraum.
The room is facing southeast, you will get full morning sunshine. We have beautiful old windows and the floor has a carpet. The room is partly furnished. We still have a wardrobe, a small bed and maybe also a desk. The flat has a bath room, a kitchen, a small storage room and a balcony.
Direkt vor der Haustür ist ne Bushalte und der Leopoldsplatz. U6 und U9 am Leo sind auch schnell erreichbar. Einkaufen kann man gut z. B. an der Müllerstraße. Und hier der Bonbon: Im Erdgeschoss nebenan ist ne super Eisdiele und jede Menge Spätis. Unser Internet ist auch normalerweise ziemlich schnell.
Directly in front of the front door is a bus stop and the Leopoldsplatz. U6 and U9 at Leo are also quickly accessible. Shopping is easy, for example at the Müllerstraße. And here's the treat: On the first floor next door is a super ice cream shop and lots of Spätis. Our internet is also usually quite fast.
Josi arbeitet neben dem Studium im LGBTIQ+ Consulting, Jakob ist gerade in der Findungsphase und Frederik schreibt gerade seine Masterarbeit an der TU. Wir kochen mal zusammen, trinken mal ein Bierchen oder spielen was. WG-Sachen halt ;-). Jakob und Freddi gehen auch manchmal segeln im Sommer. Josi möchte gerne demnächst mitgenommen werden. Außerdem gehen wir ab und an gemeinsam joggen im Schillerpark (der auch nur einen Steinwurf entfernt ist). Normalerweise haben wir eine traditionelle Halloween-Party, mal sehen ob es dieses Jahr klappt.
Josi works in LGBTIQ+ consulting alongside her studies, Jakob is vibing and Frederik writing his master thesis at TU. We cook together (Jakob loves his butterbased sauces, Josi vegetables and Freddi everything), have a beer or play games, normal shared-flat stuff ;-). Jakob and Freddi also go sailing sometimes in the summer. Josi would like to be taken along soon. We also go jogging together now and then in Schillerpark (which is also just a stone's throw away). Usually we have a traditional Halloween party, let's see if it works out this year.
Das Zimmer kann Anfang Mai flexibel bezogen werden. Ab nächster Woche können wir uns gerne abends kennenlernen, da freuen wir uns drauf. Falls du bis hierhin gelesen, beschreibe uns kurz welche Pasta-Art deiner Persönlichkeit entspricht.
The moving-in can be flexible beginning of May. We would be happy to meet you on an evening starting next week and look forward to it.
