Das Zimmer ist ein sanierter Altbau, absoluter Traum, morgens hast du wunderbare Sonne drin! Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert evtl würden noch neue Regale an die Wände kommen, da ich noch nicht ganz fertig bin mit dem Einrichten :)

The room is full of light, a real dream room :) The room is fully furnished, possibly new shelves would still come to the walls, because I'm not quite finished with the furnishings.
Perfekte Verkehrsanbindung, Tram ist in ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, U-Bahnhof Seestraße in 10 Gehminuten, im wunderbaren Wedding, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls zahlreich vorhanden!

The apartment is in wonderful wedding - trains, tram, bus, all in walking distance!
Du würdest mit der wunderbaren Teresa zusammenwohnen, die Mode Design studiert. Wir haben hier einen wertschätzenden, gemeinschaftlichen Umgang und es wäre wunderbar, wenn du bereit wärst, so ebenfalls zu leben, dass es hier keine Zweck-WG ist, sondern ein schönes Zuhause für euch beide. Raum zum Zurückziehen ist selbstverständlich immer da.

You would be rooming with the lovely Teresa, who is studying fashion design.We have an appreciative, friendly relationship here and it would be wonderful if you would be willing to live so as well, so that it is not a purpose shared apartment here, but a beautiful home for both of you. Of course, there is always room to retreat.
