I'm going back to the US for a month for work, and want to sublet my room. It's a big, bright room with its own entrance through the terrace. It's completely furnished with a big desk, a monitor I can leave you to use, a 6m2 little fitness corner (see photos - I'll remove the punching bag and store it under the bed unless you want to use it), and a double bed. I'll likely leave a bunch of my stuff under the bed, but it should be out of your way. There's plenty of space to store your clothes and books and things like that, but not room for a ton of other things. We have bike parking in the Innenhof, a big terrace, recently painted the room. If you want to borrow my bicycle, we can probably figure that out.
Da ich nächsten Monat in die USA fliege, suche ich einen Untermieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Es ist ein großes, helles Zimmer mit eigenem Eingang von der Terrasse im Innenhof. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit großem Schreibtisch (eine schöne Holzplatte), Doppelbett, und ner kleinen Sport-Ecke (siehe Fotos - Boxsack kann ich da lassen oder unter das Bett stellen, wie du magst). Ich stelle soviel wie ich kann unter das Bett, damit du Platz für alles hast, obwohl paar Bücher bleiben bestimmt auf den Regalbrettern. Fahrräder kann man im Innenhof abschließen, es gibt ne große Terrasse mit Garten (mein Mitbewohner freut sich, wenn du auch ein Bisschen mitgießen willst - der ist dieses Jahr Papa von mehreren Chili-Pflanzen), und wenn du mein Fahrrad ausleihen willst, kriegen wir das bestimmt auch hin (gegen Kaution). Ansonsten gibt es paar Extra-Räder, die bei uns rumstehen, die du gerne ausleihen könntest.
Das Haus ist ca. 9 Minuten von U-Osloer entfernt an der Grenze zwischen Reinickendorf und Wedding im Lettekiez/Soldinerkiez. Kaufland und Edeka sind 5 Minuten entfernt. Man kommt überall relativ schnell hin mit der U-8 und U-9, Gesundbrunnen/Humboldhain sind in weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und dann ist man schon am Ring.
The building is about 9 minutes from the Osloer Straße U-Bahn on the boarder between Reinickendorf and Wedding. There are two big grocery stores within 5 minutes walking distance. It's easy to get a lot of places in town thanks to the U-8 and the U-9, there are two calisthenics/fitness parks in easy walking distance, and it only takes a little less than 10 minutes to get to the Ringbahn or Humboldthain with a bicycle.
Wir sind ne entspannte WG aus langjährigen Freunden. Der eine Mitbewohner ist Lehrer und Yogi, bastelt gerne an seinen Van rum und wird in dem Zeitraum 2 Wochen weg sein. Der andere arbeitet gerne bei uns im Garten, hat gerade ne Fortbildung gemacht und sucht nach einer neuen Stelle. Wir regeln alles entspannt, es gibt keinen Putzplan, kochen gerne zusammen, kaufen zusammen ein, das ist alles aber kein Muss. Auch in Corona-Zeiten sehen wir einen kleinen Kreis von guten Freunden - im Sommer wird's leichter, da wir uns eh draußen treffen, aber das sollte dich nicht stören.
Wir rauchen dann in der Küche und auf der Terrasse hinten.
We've got a chill shared flat made up of long-term friends. One of the roommates is a teacher and a yogi, likes working on his camper-van, and will be gone for two of the 4.5 weeks you'd be here. The other is our resident gardener, just finished a new training course and is looking for an interesting new job. We keep everything mellow, there's no cleaning plan or chores list, like cooking together and usually grocery shop together, but none of that's a must.
We also all smoke - normally only in the kitchen/living room with the windows open and on the terrace.

The terrace and courtyard are really nice. We aren't the world's cleanest people, but try to keep the place picked up. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine.
