I'm leaving my room and looking for someone to take it over starting from june 5th !
The room is in a renovated apartment and on the 5th (and last) floor.
The room is furnished with the basics (bed, wardrobe and a desk/chair).
If possible i would like the new tenant could buy me the small furnitures I bought for the room (clothing rail, mirror, rug, etc) as i would like to leave them, to be discussed of course.
The apartment is very nice, very bright and has everything you may need! Kitchen is fully equipped and there are 2 bathrooms (1 big with bathtub/toilet and 1 small with toilet).
The apartment is located in Wedding near the U6 Seestraße station (500m away) and U9 Amruner straße station (700m away).
There are also many bus and tram stops 2mins away from the house.
Central location, lots of cafés, restaurants, a cinema and flower shops around.
There are also Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, DM and Penny 5/10 mins away.
You will share the flat with 2 lovely flatmates Sara and Dimitra who are very sweet!
They both work so we would like someone that also works to join the flat, and of course someone who is nice and clean.
Everyone is independent but also always happy to share a meal/drink together sometimes :)
The room is available from 5th of June for long-term and Anmeldung is possible!
