🏳️‍🌈 Gemütliches Zimmer im Sprengelkiez (Anfang August bis Ende Oktober) 🏳️‍🌈

Die Wohnung liegt im Sprengelkiez, der wirklich schön und sehr lebendig ist. Hier leben viele Studierende und es ziehen immer mehr her. In den Nebenstraßen gibt es viele Restaurants und Cafés, wo man sich gut auf einen Kaffee oder Bier treffen kann und die Atmosphäre ist sehr schön.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Kanal, wo man schön joggen und in der Sonne liegen kann und es ist auch nicht weit zum Plötzensee und in die Rehberge.
Die Verbindung mit dem Öffentlichen ist sehr gut: ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß zum U-Bahnhof Amrumer Str. (U9) bzw. zum S + U Wedding (U6 und Ringbahn), außerdem fährt der 142 in der Nebenstraße.
Ich bin auch viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, wofür die Wohnung perfekt gelegen ist. Wenn man aus der Tür kommt, ist man direkt am Kanal, fährt im Grünen 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, zur Friedrichstraße 15 Minuten, nach Prenzlberg auch 15 Minuten.


The apartment is located in the Sprengelkiez, which is really beautiful and - under normal circumstances - very lively. Many students and other young folks live here so it's an up-and-coming hip neighborhood. There are many restaurants, cute cafés and bars all around contributing to a very nice atmosphere.
 The apartment is located directly at the canal, where you can go for a morning run or tan in the sun. It is also not far from the Plötzensee (a lake - good for swimming) and the Rehberge.
Public transport is excellent: 7 minutes walk to the subway station Amrumer Straße (U9) or to s-bahn Wedding (U6 and Ringbahn). Furthermore, the bus 142 stop is right next door.
I also travel a lot by bike, for which the flat is perfectly located. When you come out of the door, you are directly at the canal and it takes 10 minutes to the main station, 15 minutes to Friedrichstraße and 15 minutes to Prenzlauer Berg.

Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner bin ich und Timmy, mein 5-jähriger Kater :)
Ich heiße Dima (kurz für Dimitri), bin 24 und bin vor kurzem mit meinem BWL-Studium fertig geworden. Aktuell arbeite ich als Analyst bei einem Venture Capital Fond und engagiere mich bei Keshet, einem queer-jüdischen gemeinnützigem Verein.
Ansonsten bin ich gerne draußen, fahre Fahrrad oder mache was mit Freunden.
Timmy ist vom Charakter und Aussehen etwa wie Garfield, nur etwas (aber nicht viel) schlanker. Er ist verspielt und sehr neugierig, was bedeutet, dass er überall in der Wohnung herumwandert und auch dein Zimmer betreten wird. Wenn du deine Ruhe brauchst, dann wird er sich aber natürlich auch mit einer geschlossenen Tür abfinden müssen.
Du solltest offen und zuverlässig sein. Zudem solltest du im gleichen Maß auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit achten wie ich, sprich einfach ein wenig proaktiv sein. Eine harmonische Atmosphäre ist mir wichtig und ich freue mich auf ein freundschaftliches und vertrautes Zusammenleben. Für gemeinsames Kochen oder ein Feierabendbierchen/-film/-spaziergang bin ich immer zu haben :)

My name is Dima (short for Dimitri), I'm 24 and I recently finished my bachelor's in business management. Currently, I am working as an Analyst for a venture Capital Fund and I'm also working as a volunteer for the queer-jewish Organization Keshet.
I like to be outside, ride my bike or meet with friends.
Timmy's (the cat) personality and appearance is similar to Garfield, only a bit (but not much) slimmer. He is playful and very curious, which means that he wanders around everywhere in the apartment and will also enter your room. If you need your peace and quiet, he will of course have to put up with a closed door.
You should be open-minded and reliable. Also, you should pay some to cleanliness - I'm no neat freak but just be proactive in the household. A nice atmosphere is important to me and I am looking forward to a friendly and harmonic living together. I'm always up for cooking together or an after-work-beer/movie/walk :)
