Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
in unserer WG wird zum 15.08. (flexibel auch früher oder etwas später) ein Zimmer frei.
Es hat 12qm, hohe Decken, Holzdielen und ein Fenster nach Süd-West/West zum gemeinsamen Garten raus, sodass es hell und ruhig ist.
Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung, im ersten Stock im Hinterhaus, einen wirklich sehr langen Flur, eine extra Abstellkammer, ein großes Bad mit Dusche & Badewanne und zwei separate Toiletten, sodass es auch zu viert nicht zu eng wird.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und zumindest so groß und auf jeden fall gemütlich genug, dass man sich auch länger gemeinsam dort aufhalten kann oder Besuch einladen kann.
Die Gesamtmiete (400€) schließt Strom, Internet, GEZ und eine Haushaltshilfe ein, die uns einmal die Woche unterstützt.

Hello everyone,
there will a free room in our shared flat from 15th of August (flexible earlier or later) onward. It has 12square metres , high ceilings, wooden floor boards and a window facing south-west / west towards the shared garden, so it is bright and peaceful.
The apartment also has a very long hallway, an extra storage room, a large bathroom with shower and tub and two separate toilets, which means that it is not too cramped for four people.
The kitchen is well equipped and at least big enough and in any case cozy enough that one can enjoy spending time there together or invite more people.
The total rent (400€) includes electricity, Internet, GEZ and a housekeeper who supports us once a week.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im Wedding zwischen Amrumer Straße (U9) und Seestraße (U6). Geschäfte für Lebensmittel und sonstigen Bedarf gibt es fußläufig um die Ecke. Man is außerdem im nu im Rehberge- und Schillerpark, oder am Plötzensee. Das Nordufer nicht zu vergessen, da kann man es auch ganz gut aushalten.

Our apartment is located in Wedding between Amrumer Straße (U9) and Seestraße (U6). Shops for groceries and other needs are around the corner. For a little bit of nature, Rehberge and Schiller Park, or the Plötzensee are all in walking distance and Nordufer is a gem.
Nachdem unsere liebgewonnenen Mitbewohnerin Mariam (25) aus Cairo, jetzt nach ihrem Master in eine eigene Wohnung zieht bleiben als deine neuen WG-Mitbewohnenden: Adelle (33), Singer/Songwriter, Giovanni (21), Koch to be & Michi (32), Kinderarzt an der Uni. In der Wg sprechen wir hauptsächlich Englisch.
Wir haben alle immer recht unterschiedliche Tagesrythmen und sind recht verschieden, aber wenn es sich ergibt kochen wir zusammen oder treffen uns für ein Glas Wein oder zwei abends in der Kücke , um zu hören, wie das Leben so für die anderen ist.
Allgemein sind wir als WG groß genug, damit es nie langweilig wird, aber auch weitläufig und ruhig genug, damit jeder einen Rückzugsort hat. Wir essen eigentlich kein Fleisch und teilen einige Lebensmittel und die meisten Gebrauchsgegenstände und versuchen als WG umweltbewusst zu sein.

We have quite different daily rhythms, but when it comes up we cook together or meet in the kitchen for a glass of wine or two in the evening to hear what life was like for the others.
In general, as a shared flat, we are big enough that it never got boring, but also spacious and quiet enough so that everyone has a place to retreat to. We usually do not eat meat and share some food and most of the utensils and try to be environmentally conscious as a flat.
