Small room roughly 10m2. Available long term. Anmeldung possible.
The room is partly furnished but You'll have to bring a mattress. It does share a wall with the kitchen so light sleepers or people sensitive to noise might not be suited.
The apartment is on the first floor in the hoff. The building in front is low, however, so we get plenty of light.
The kitchen is a good size - it has two fridges and a dishwasher. Perfect for having people over as we have tried and tested. The flat has a few quirks - The hall light can be tricky and we don't have a key for the postbox (allthough we've had no trouble fishing our letters out through the slot)
We don't have internet but would be happy to sort something out together if you need it!
Bills are an additional cost. About 50-60 euro per person, per month.
The landlord is super chilled - you can paint, decorate etc. Making noise has never been an issue and we like to have guests round for dinner and drinks occasionally.
Probably the best connected place i've ever lived. Wedding Ring Bahn and the U6 are about 7 minutes walk. Reinikendorferstr and another u6 stop is about 5 minutes away. Plenty of busses and Humbolthain S1,2,25,26 are about a 10 minute walk.
We're a couple - Megan and Liam (hi)! And our cat :)
We're in one room with our cat and the other flat mate Ceyda is in the second room
Anything goes in the flat as long as it's kept clean :)
We smoke, enjoy a few beers. Liams enjoys cooking and he's a musician. We're vegetarian but have no problem with others eating meat.
We're pretty chilled, enjoy our own space but happy to share a drink on the weekends or a coffee in the morning.
If you're an animal lover, enjoy plants and want to make an indoor jungle with me that would be cool :)
