The room is about 11 m2 and fully equipped (see picture). The full rent is 350 Euro per month + 150 Euro deposit. The room is available from September 18th to October 31st. The total rent for this period is 500 EUR.
The apartment is 101 m2, has a large beautiful kitchen and a large bathroom, separate toilet, hallways, is very bright, cozy. It is located on the 4th floor.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wedding, in der Reinickendorferstr., ungefähr 3min entfernt von der Station Nauener Platz (U9) und 10min bis zur Station Wedding (Ringbahn, U6).
Gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite und um die Ecke sind zwei Supermärkte - Penny und Lidl.
In der Nähe gibt’s auch einige Parks und Möglichkeiten für schöne Spaziergänge (Humboldthain, Rehberge, etc.)

The apartment is located in Wedding about 3min away from Nauener Platz station (U9) and 10min to Wedding station (Ringbahn, U6).
Just across the street and around the corner are two supermarkets - Penny and Lidl. Nearby there are also some parks and possibilities for nice walks (Humboldthain, Rehberge, etc.).
Da unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin im Ausland ist, suchen wir (Per (28), Student, und Laima (28), arbeitet) eine*n nette*n Untermieter*in von 18. September bis Ende Oktober.
Wir machen Sachen gerne zusammen, respektieren aber auch, wenn jemand Ruhe braucht. Es wird gerne mal in der Küche zusammen gesessen und gekocht oder ein Wein getrunken.
Gesucht wird eine aufgeschlossene Person zwischen 23 und 40. Ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung wäre schön.
English: Since our dear roommate is abroad, we (Per (28), student, and Laima (28), working) are looking for a nice subtenant until the end of October. We like to do things together, but we also respect each other when someone needs quiet. We like to sit together in the kitchen and cook or drink wine. We are looking for an open-minded person between 23 and 40. A certain degree of order would be nice.
