Small but cute room in an Altbau with two large windows, white walls and hardwood floors. It's accessible through the long hallway, which all rooms go of off. On one side next to it, is the small kitchen on the other side is my room. The windows look out onto the small courtyard. On the windows are already curtain rods and if you want you can leave the curtains which are currently on there, or bring your own.
The rest of the apartment consists of my room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen, I believe has anything one would need to cook, also random things like a pressure cooker and bread maker are present. There is a large fridge with build in freezer, so space to cool food should not be a problem. Otherwise there is a small table on which at least two people can sit. The bathroom has a bathtub, a washing machine and some storage.
The apartment lays in the back of the building, so its pretty quiet, most of the time. The house is right next to Sparrplatz, which has a couple pingpong tables, a soccer pit and a basketball "court". The U-Bahn stations Amrumerstr, Leopoldplz and Wedding can all be reached by foot in in or under 10 min. At Wedding you can also catch the Ringbahn. There are a bunch of different bus stops around, with the bus you are in like 15 min at Hauptbahnhof. The Kiez is very vivid. It does not feel quite like the rest of Wedding, more like a Prenzlauer Berg light. There are nice bars, restaurants, cafes, stores and bakeries around. It's also walking distance to Beuth Hochschule.
Hey, I'm Lovis. I'm 25 years old and a born and raised Berliner. I have been living abroad over the last couple of years until covid hit. Since then I have been back in Berlin and have been enjoying it. I'm working and studying so sometimes I don't spend a whole lot of time at home. I'm looking for a person that is interested in a friendly coliving situation. Except for me you would also be living with Puddles, a friendly Cocker Spaniel, so dogs (including their hair) should not be a problem for you. I'm a generally pretty clean person, but sometimes things don't get cleaned up right away... just happens. I would love to make this a comfortable living experience for the both of us.
