Unsere WG hat neben einer großen Küche und einem großen Bad mit Badewanne noch zwei weitere Zimmer und einen Balkon. Die WG befindet sich im zweiten Stock und wurde vor Einzug komplett renoviert. Wir haben hohe, weiße Wände mit schönem Stuck. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr hell.
Durch die große Fensterfront ist dein 19 qm großes Zimmer den ganzen Tag sehr hell. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich die Tram und Bus Station Seestraße / Amrumer Straße (M13 / M15 / 106 / 221 / N26). In 6 Minuten ist man bei der U-Bahn Station Seestraße (U6), in 8 Minuten bei der U-Bahn Station Amrumer Straße (U9).
In der näheren Umgebung findest du mehrere Imbisse, Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. In der 6 Minuten entfernen Müllerstraße findest du absolut alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Lidl, Netto, Aldi, Kaufland, Bio Company, DM, Bäcker) Wenn du etwas unternehmen möchtest, gibt es in der Nähe ein paar gute Bars, ein großes Kino sowie den Goethepark mit dem Plötzensee zum Chillen, Joggen oder Schwimmen.
Die Beuth Hochschule ist in 5 Minuten zu Füß zu erreichen. HU, TU, HWR in weniger als 20 Minuten.
