GERMAN:
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß und sehr hell. Es ist teilmöbliert, d.h. Matratze, kleiner Tisch + Stuhl und ein Regal sind vorhanden. Eine Kleiderstange ist nicht vorhanden.
Ansonsten gibt es noch ein großes Bad mit Wanne, eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U-/Tram-Station Seestraße (U6, 50, M13) und 7 min entfernt vom Leopoldplatz (U9/U6). Es gibt viele kleine Kieze im Umkreis mit Läden, Kneipen und günstigen Restaurants.
Ich bin 26, habe gerade fertig studiert (Psychologie + etwas Philosophie) und mit einer Promotionsstelle an meiner Uni (IPU) angefangen, womit ich die nächsten 3 Jahre beschäftigt sein werde. Am Februar zieht meine neue Mitbewohnerin ein, weswegen ich das Zimmer für die Zeit bis dahin gerne untervermieten möchte.
Für die Zeit, die du hier wohnst, ist es mir wichtig, dass du einigermaßen ordentlich bist, wir uns gut absprechen können und unsere Lebensrhythmen kompatibel sind. Ich freue mich immer über neue Bekanntschaften und gemeinsame Aktivitäten, aber wäre auch mit Zweck-WG okay für den Zeitraum.
