Die Wohnung befindet sich im Berlin-Wedding, in einer verkehrsgünstiger Lage: 7 Min. zu U Nauener Platz und je gut 10 Min. zu U Pankstraße, S Wedding und S Humboldthain, dazu noch Buslinien M27 und 245 in weniger als 5 Min.
Das Haus befindet sich direkt neben der Panke, ein kleiner Fluss, an dem man hervorragend spazieren gehen/joggen kann. Es gibt außerdem einige gute Restaurants und Imbisse.
The flat is in Berlin-Wedding, with many options for public transport near by: 7 minutes to U Nauener Platz; a bit more than 10 minutes to U Pankstrasse, S Wedding and S Humboldthain; and less than 5 minutes to bus stops Wiesenstrasse and Schererstrasse.
The house is right next to the small river Panke, which is awesome for walking or jogging. Also, lots of decent restaurants and snack bars can be found in the vicinity.
Es geht hier um eine 3er WG, da wir aber alle unsere Zimmer für Februar untervermieten, lässt sich nichts Weiteres übers WG-Leben sagen.
This is a 3-person flat share, but since we are sublet all of our rooms for February, nothing more can be said about flat share life.
Leider keine Anmeldung möglich.
Wir vermieten außerdem zwei weiteren 10m2-großen Zimmer für je 430 Euro für den gleichen Zeitraum.
