Furnished 9m2 room in a lovely 91m2 apartment in Berlin-Wedding. Enough room for everything you need, single bed, a big wardrobe with a lot of space.The apartment is renovated and consists of 4 rooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen fully equipped with all you need. The flat is full of light, has high ceilings and wooden floors. Anmeldung is available!
Because I am moving in to student housing, the room will be available on March 3rd. There is a small amount of flexibility with the move-in date (just a few days), but we can talk about that individually. I will miss the girls very much but I'm sure we'll find a great, friendly, and open-minded person to fill my spot :)
Initial interviews will take place via Zoom and then you may be invited for an in-person meeting at the flat.
It is of course expected that you are conscientious of the covid pandemic and fully vaccinated :)
The apartment is located centrally in Wedding, 2 minutes walk to the U-Bahn station and various bus stops all in the immediate area. Tram 50/M13 is also a 5 minute walk away. Virchow Hospital and Beuth University for applied science are also in the neighborhood.
From the subway station "Amrumer Strasse" you can easily reach most destinations in the city. We really are well connected even though we are in Wedding.
In the area there are bars, cute cafes, takeaways and all you need. The canal is also only a 10-minute walk away and is perfect in the summer time.
You will move in with, Sabrina (25), Inesa (29) and Drita (39). Two of us are students, one studying PhD in Neuroscience and the other Culture Diplomacy, and full timer in the Fashion industry. We often work from home so during weekdays its important that things are quiet at night. We have a relaxed atmosphere in the flat, we love showing off our cooking skills to each other (be prepared to throw down in the kitchen), sharing a few drinks, and spending time together also outside of the flat is all possible.
We are looking for a long-term tenant, minimum 3 months. You should be clean and take care of your surroundings, have self awareness and it is important for us to respect each other.

The apartment is 91 square meters in total, consists of four rooms, hallway, bathroom with washing machine, eat-in kitchen with a complete fitted kitchen (stove , oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, pots, etc.)
The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of an old building in Wedding. The apartment was completely renovated in December 2019 so all the appliances and bathroom are new and fresh.
