Cozy and pretty room in our spacious Flat !

Hi there, We are Agata and Sven, and we are looking for a new roomie in our cozy apartment in Wedding.

Sven has been living in the WG for 10 years, and Agata came in the WG in November 2020,
We are looking for someone that enjoys living in a communal space. Ideally long term.
Throughout the week Sven is usually at school. Agata is at the moment between jobs and more at home reading books and playing ukulele but normally she has a full home job and is not home at daytime. In the evenings we sometimes chill at home and enjoy doing stuff separately as well as together (cooking, watching movies, board games). For the rest, we enjoy life going to a lake, or whatever there is to do in Berlin (not so much in corona times). It's important for us that our flatmate is not only living with us but is also our friend.

Our house has got a very friendly family vibe and everything is possible with communication, Redecorating, moving stuff around, we believe the three flatmates have the same rights under this roof. We are also open to have a common cooking budget since we usually share our food (not a must though, we are up to discuss this :))
The Apartment is 100square meter, it has got 3 rooms with a large living room and a separate kitchen totally equipped with an eating table and so on as well as a huge bathroom with a bathtub.
On the hallway there is a little workshop area for all of us to use, where you will find all basic and non basic tools to build stuff if you have the need to do so, (no sewing machine though at the moment, but its on the waiting list)
Easy reachable with S-Bahn Ring and U6 Wedding.
You have Edeka, Netto, Karstadt and some really good food places a few steps away. Also we have a cinema just in front of our house, and a great beamer installed in our living room for us to use and play movies / series with a cool sound system.
* The room is available from now on and you can get Anmeldebescheinigung with this apartment.
* Smoking in the kitchen is allowed, although we dont smoke (tobacco) (or you can if you like to smoke in your room)
* We have a medium size dog and she is gorgeous and super cuddly.
* The house has wood floor in the living room and in the sleeping room carpet.
* We try to keep the house nice and relatively tidy, placing plants, repainting the walls, or picking up good deals around Berlin to pump up the Altbau =) So far we have given it a lot of love over the last years. We are looking for someone that enjoys sharing a space as well as can participate in everyday errands (shopping, cleaning schedule). It's important for us to find someone to make a community and feel at home with :)
The room itself is around 10 Square meter, and it has a loft bed, if you calculate the loft space as square meters, you would add it up to 15Qm. Here add more about furniture, not sure what Vero is taking and what not?
