Da unsere Mitbewohnerin uns im September verlässt, sind wir auf der Suche nach jemandem, der Teil unserer wundervollen WG werden möchte.
Das frei werdende Zimmer ist mit seinen 25qm das größte und auch schönste Zimmer der Wohnung. Ausgerichtet Richtung Süden mit vielen Fenstern gibt es das ganze Jahr über immer viel Licht.
Das Zimmer hat dunklen Laminatboden und eine weiße Holztür. Es wird komplett unmöbliert übergeben, sodass du es nach deinen Wünschen einrichten kannst. :)
Wir haben ein Kellerabteil und im Hinterhof die Möglichkeit, unsere Fahrräder sicher abzustellen.
Das Zimmer wird unbefristet vermietet und ist spätestens ab dem 15.09. frei.

Because our flatmate is leaving us in the middle of September, we are looking for someone to take over her room and be part of our wonderful shared flat.
The free room is the biggest and also the most beautiful room in the flat with a lot of sunshine coming in. The room has a nice dark laminate floor and a white wooden door. It will be completely unfurnished so you can bring your own stuff to feel at home from the beginning :)
We share a cellar compartment and we can safely park our bikes in the backyard.
The room is available to rent for an unlimited period and is free starting in May, maybe already a little bit sooner.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Sprengelkiez wo es in den Straßen viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants gibt. Zusätzlich dazu ist der Nordkanal direkt vor der Haustür. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 10 Minuten bis zum Rehberge Volkspark und Plötzensee wo man jetzt im Sommer super schön baden kann.
Die S- und U-Bahn Verbindung ist durch die Ringbahn, U6 und U9 ein echter Knüller! :)
The flat is in Sprengelkiez which has lots of cafes, bars and restaurants on offer. Additionally, there's the nordcanal running past our front door. We're 10 minutes away by bike from Rehberge Park and Plötzensee, where you can swim in the summer.
We're also well located for public transport, with the ring line, U6 and U9 all close by.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte 5-er WG bestehend aus Charlotte, Chris, Vincent und Paul. Die Hälfte von uns studiert (und arbeitet nebenher), die andere Hälfte arbeitet - wodurch wir unter tagsüber meist relativ beschäftigt sind, aber abends oder am Wochenende gerne zusammen sitzen oder was unternehmen. Bei uns geht es ziemlich familiär zu, auch wenn alle viel unterwegs sind. Wir machen alle gerne Sport, kochen gerne zusammen, trinken gerne mal ein, zwei Bierchen, philosophieren über die Welt oder gehen mal gemeinsam zu einem Pub-Quiz. Wenn du also Lust auf ein bisschen Gemeinschaft hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig.
We are a flat shared by 5 persons: Charlotte, Chris, Vincent and Paul. Half of us are studying (and working part time), the other half is working full time. Thats why during the day we are quite busy but in the evenings or during the weekends we sit together or do things together.
We're pretty familial here, even if everyone is on the move a lot. We all like to do sport, we like to cook together and enjoy drinking one or two beers of an evening, philosophize about the world or going out for a pub quiz. So if you're keen for a bit of company, then you've come to the right place.
Die WG ist komplett eingerichtet, hat neben deinem Zimmer 4 weitere, eine Küche sowie 2 Bäder.
Wohnungsbesichtigungen werden wir am Di, 30.8. abends machen. Bitte berücksichtige das bevor du uns schreibst!
Zusätzlich dazu bekommen wir jede Woche eine Bio-Gemüsebox die wir uns gemeinsam teilen, was die 20€ Nebenkosten erklärt. Es wäre also toll wenn du auch Lust darauf hast.
Wenn das für dich interessant klingt freuen wir uns sehr ein bisschen was über dich zu erfahren. Und weil es ein heiß diskutiertes Thema in der WG ist: magst du lieber crunchy oder creamy peanut butter? ;)
The rest of the flat is completely equipped, it has 4 other bedrooms, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
We are going to invite people to visit the flat and get to know us on Tuesday 30.08. in the evenings. Please keep that in mind before you write us a message!
In addition, we get an organic vegetable box every week that we share together, which explains the 20€ extra costs. So it would be great if you would also like to join that.
