The flat consists of a kitchen (almost everytihng is in there, no dishwasher), a bathroom with bathtub, a storage room and two bedrooms (the bedroom I wish to rent is already furnished and has a private balcony). The flat is old and there are some rules that must be followed to avoid problems with the elderly lady who lives downstairs.
IMPORTANT!!! I AM SORRY BUT THIS FLAT IS "ALTBAU" (OLD) AND PARTIES OR BIG EVENTS, SHOUTING, LOUD MUSIC AND OTHER DISTURBING NOISES ARE NOT ALLOWED. THE LADY WHO LIVES DOWNSTAIRS IS ELDERLY AND ALWAYS COMPLAINS ABOUT THE NOISE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A STUDENT FLAT OR A PARTY PLACE, THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU NEED. SORRY :(
The flat is in a good location, 5-minute walk from the wonderful Rehberge park. A 5-minute walk to the U6 Rehberge u-bahn station. In Müllerstraße you can find almost everything you need. There are several supermarkets close to each other (Kaufland, EDEKA, Aldi, Lidl) and hundreds of shops where you can buy anything.
The area is very quiet, multicultural and mostly families.
In the flat you will only live with me, I am from Spain (36 years old). I work practically all day and often and some days I sleep at my girlfriend's place, so we will hardly see each other. I am vegan, I don't smoke and I like peace and quiet... I don't need a party partner and I don't need to do activities with my future flatmate :)
I am currently fully vaccinated but the person who moves in can be unvaccinated, it is not a particularly important detail for me. From my future roommate I only expect her to pay the rent on time, be respectful, follow the rules and keep everything clean and tidy.
